Our approach In order to provide our clients with the effective solution for Group reporting generation we have developed a 1C-Group ERP data bridge setup product which incorporates: our services on 1C-Group ERP financial data bridge setup and monthly services for accounting data transformation according to Group rules. Main features of the proposed approach: 1C-Group ERP data bridge is oriented on minimal disturbance of 1C typical functionality what ensues quick implementation, highest level of compliance with Russian legislation and low 1C maintenance cost Data is transformed automatically where possible on the basis of set of transformation rules stored in 1C. Flexible rules which analyze account codes and all entry analytics may be set up. Data is transformed at the level of accounting entries (transactional level). 1C contains extended analytics for Group purposes and extended functionality for separate Group fixed assets accounting. Fixed assets accounting for Russian Accounting Standards, tax accounting and Group accounting in one system allows to perform transparent reconciliation for fixed assets area. Data is transferred to Group ERP General Ledger Pros of the data bridge approach: The maximum level of compliance with Russian legislative requirements is achieved thank to usage of typical 1C functionality. Line by line transformation allows to perform detailed analysis of transformed data and generate large variety of reports in target system. Data bridge allows to implement flexible transformation rules based on complex conditions imposed by Group accounting Clear audit trail for data transformation is provided by data bridge transformation report Restrictions of the data bridge approach: Data is transferred to Group ERP General Ledger. Data transformation rules overview Mechanism of data transformation rules The mechanism of data transformation rules is universal and allows to provide mapping of RAS and IFRS accounts with varying degrees of complexity using a number of additional parameters. Typical deliverables Deliverables for 1C-Group ERP GL data bridge setup: Transformation Methodology from Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) to Group accounting rules. This deliverable will be used by 1C programmer for 1C system configuration and subsequently by accountant as an instruction for accounting data transformation. The Transformation Methodology describes: Extended 1C analytics for transformation purposes Accounting data transformation rules Instruction on transformation tool usage Reconciliation process Extended 1C functionality for Group accounting purposes.
