Public Act Number 08-01 Section 31 The Judicial Branch shall establish and implement a statewide automated victim information and notification system. CT SAVIN is a fully automated service that helps keep crime victims and interested individuals informed of the progress of offender cases through the Connecticut criminal court process.

Telephone Pattern Non-Emergency First call within 30 minutes of receipt of information. If no connection is made, 30 minute calling pattern remains. If call is delivered but not confirmed, follow-up calls are made every 2 hours. Calls are suppressed from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
