2 3 Consumer Benefit 3 Business Benefit Card and Document Registration Services Provides protection for the Extraco Banks debit card as well as other credit and debit cards and important documents such as driver s licenses, passports or birth certificates, in the event they are lost or stolen. Coverage begins when completed registration is received and processed, and there is no limit to the number of cards or documents that may be registered. Prior registration of at least one card is required to invoke the benefit, which includes: Travel Assurance Services Lost/Stolen Reporting Document Registration Personal Property Registration Address Change Notification Then register it by calling Discover Benefits customer service at , 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 3 3 Consumer Benefit 3 Business Benefit Identity Theft Defense Enables access to specialists and services to assist victims of identity theft. This benefit covers reimbursement for losses incurred as a result of identity fraud, including reasonable and necessary attorney fees or court costs associated with removing any civil suit wrongfully brought as a result of identity fraud. In the event of identity fraud, the following actions are required by the cardholder: Call within 30 days to report the incident. Contact the credit bureaus Experian, TransUnion and Equifax to place a fraud alert on your credit report. File a police report and follow all procedures for recovery. Limited to amounts not covered by any other insurance or coverage benefit. Not available to residents of the state of New York. Identity Theft Defense

4 3 Consumer Benefit 3 Business Benefit Lowest Purchase Price Guarantee This benefit reimburses cardholders for the cost difference between the original purchase price of a covered item purchased in full with an eligible Extraco Banks debit card and the subsequent lower price when your eligible purchases are found at any store for less. Coverage applies when the identical item is found at a lower price, at any store, within 60 days after the original purchase date. Cardholders are automatically enrolled whenever the Extraco Banks debit card is used for the entire purchase price of a covered item. No registration of the covered purchase is necessary. Most new non-commercial retail products that are purchased in full with an eligible Extraco Banks debit card are eligible for this benefit. 5 3 Business Benefit Attorney on Call Provides unlimited telephone access to generic legal information and local attorney referrals upon request. Receive educational information on a variety of topics such as family law, landlord-tenant, real estate, business law, commercial litigation and immigration. In the event legal advice is needed, i.e., representation or review of a document, the cardholder can be referred to a local network attorney. If a local attorney referral is requested, the cardholder shall be entitled to a free 30-minute consultation and thereafter a 25% reduction in the attorney s customary rates.
