Personal Invitation Solvency II Roundtable Basic Regime Dry Run Sharing Experience June 24, 2015 10:00 to 14:30 Restaurant De Nederlanden Vreeland aan de Vecht

Solvency II Roundtable Ladies and Gentlemen Venue De Nederlanden Duinkerken 3 3633 EM Vreeland aan de Vecht Date: June 24, 2015 Time: from 10:00 Maintaining compliance with Solvency II reporting presents a continuous challenge to manage new reporting requirements and time-frames that remain limited in their proportionality. The Basic Regime in the Netherlands is a first step to improve proportionality. However, the effort and resources required to adhere to Solvency II are perceived as too large a burden for many small and mid-sized insurers. This roundtable discussion presents an executive briefing on Solvency II s reporting direction (from a European perspective). Furthermore, we offer the opportunity for you to share your experiences and perspectives on Solvency II and reporting for the Basic Regime, as recently introduced by the DNB. Furthermore this roundtable will explore the possible benefits of commonly shared solutions to reduce the burden of Solvency II reporting. As one of the leading finance, risk and compliance consultancies in Europe, BearingPoint has in-depth experience with implementing Solvency II from projects with various international clients. We are very much looking forward to seeing you in Vreeland (close to the A2 between Amsterdam and Utrecht) and discussing shared present and future challenges in the Solvency II arena. If you would like to participate, send an email to axel.visser@bearingpoint.com. Please note that tickets will be distributed on a first come first serve basis.
