PARTNER PROFILES Kaviraj Singh is the founder partner of Trustman Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Singh essentially practiced in the areas of commercial laws with specialization in Banking and Real estate, Commercial and Regulatory compliance laws. Mr. Singh is the founding Chairman of India Chapter of New York State Bar Association, International Section of New York State Bar Association conferred the title of Chapter Chairman Emeritus on Mr. Singh and has been presented with memento by the Consular General of United State of America Consulate at New Delhi. Mr. Singh also worked as a Director, India Office, New York State Department of Economic Development to promote the investment into New York and export from New York State to India. Pooja Dutta is a Partner at Trustman Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. She has gained prior experience at large, local and international law firms, including renowned firms such as Martin F. McMahon & Associates, Washington DC, USA. And Barkats & Associates, Washington DC, USA. Pooja is a visiting faculty at the K.C. Law College, Mumbai for IPR and contract law. Additionally she serves as the Executive Director of Global Vision India Foundation, a NGO that s works towards providing excellence in legal education and holds the position as Of Counsel for ITAG, a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm. Pooja is skilled in Trademark and Copyright prosecution, IP, Software and Technology Licensing. Subramanya Sirish Tamvada is a Partner at Trustman Legal Services. Sirish enrolled as a lawyer at the High Court of Delhi in the year 2007. He won many scholarships and accolades. He was one of the few Indians selected for the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Scholarship to pursue Masters Degree (M.A.) in Global Studies. He received full tuition scholarship to pursue his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from American University, Washington College of Law, Washington D.C., USA. Sirish primarily practices commercial laws especially; Company Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions, Competition Law, drafting contracts and has experience in Litigation and Arbitration. In addition to practicing law he also undertakes teaching assignments from time to time. Uttam Datt graduated in law in the year 1995 and got enrolled with the Bar at New Delhi.
