Dudley and Walsall Mental Health hip NHS Trust Staff Survey 2008/09 Introduction The NHS staff survey is carried out annually and is used to measure staff perception of their employment. The results of the survey are used to assess the Trust s compliance with core standards and priorities as part of the Annual Health Check. The results of the findings were presented to Trust by Hannah Murden from Quality Health in July 2009. The full report has been posted on the Trust s intranet site and a brief summary of the key points included in the Team Brief. Staff side have been consulted over the action plan which is being cascaded and implemented throughout the organisation.
