FIRE & SAFETY DIVISION PROGRAMS & COURSES (2015) EDUCATION PATH The Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) Fire & Safety Division provides academic studies and professional continuing education that is relevant, practical, informed by research, and meets professional standards for fire and rescue services personnel. Programs offered range from introductory hands-on technical courses to advanced diploma and degree programs.
