Cllege cntributin t either FSA r HSA if enrlled in a WITC medical plan is determined each calendar year prir t pen enrllment EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM LIFE INSURANCE LONG TERM DISABILITY Cllege prvides an Emplyee Assistance Prgram (EAP) t all full-time staff Plan prvides resurces fr cunseling, financial and legal services Cllege paid at a value f tw (2) times the base annual salary up t a maximum f $150,000 fr a term life plicy Dependent life insurance is als available and paid fr by the Cllege. HOLIDAYS Benefit Infrmatin fr WITC Management 2014-2015 Ten (10) hlidays are recgnized as part f the emplyee s wrk schedule. Hlidays include New Year s Day, Spring Hliday, Memrial Day, Independence Day, Labr Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and New Year s Eve Day. SICK LEAVE Ninety (90) hurs per fiscal year fr the emplyee s illness and/r the illness f a family member; prrated fr managers between 1560 and 1949 hurs Can be utilized in ½ hur increments Maximum number f hurs that can be carried ver frm year t year is 900 ttal VACATION Vacatin hurs are allcated at the beginning f each fiscal year based n scheduled hur f wrk and years f service Hurs are prvided at beginning f each fiscal year assuming all scheduled hurs f psitin will be wrked Can be utilized in ½ hur increments Allcatin is as fllws: Vacatin Hurs Years f Service 112.5 hurs July 1 f 1 st full fiscal year and June 30 f 4 th fiscal year 150.0 hurs July 1 f 5 th fiscal year and June 30 f 10 th fiscal year 187.5 hurs July 1 f 11 th fiscal year and after Vacatin hurs nt utilized by June 30 th f fiscal year can carry ver t fllwing fiscal year and used by August 15 th If vacatin carryver hurs are still available after August 15 th, a maximum f 37.5 hurs can be banked. Banked vacatin hurs cannt exceed 37.5 hurs at any given time. The eligibility criteria are as fllws: Eligible t receive a WRS retirement benefit (currently is age 55 fr nn-prtective grups) Have cmpleted 15 years f full-time service with WITC Prvide an irrevcable letter f intent t retire six mnths prir t retirement date If Hired Prir t July 1, 1993 Benefit f ne mnth f single retiree medical insurance in exchange fr ne day (seven and a half hurs) f sick leave available beginning the first f the mnth fllwing the date f retirement. This benefit is available until sick leave hurs are exhausted r a maximum f 120 mnths f cverage are prvided r reach age 65, whichever ccurs first. If Hired Between July 1, 1993 and June 30, 2003 A cash pl will be available t purchase single r single plus ne retiree medical insurance beginning the first f the mnth fllwing the date f retirement. The cash pl will be calculated utilizing the hurly rate f the manager at the time he/she retire and multiplying it by the number f sick leave hurs available, but nt t exceed 900. The cverage elected will cntinue until the cash pl is exhausted r 120 mnths f cverage are prvided r reach age 65, whichever ccurs first. If cash pl is exhausted prir t reaching age 65 r 120 mnths f cverage and had 36 r mre days f sick leave at time f retirement, retiree will receive ne mnth f single retiree medical insurance fr a perid up t 36 mnths r reach age 65 r 120 mnths f retiree medical insurance cverage, whichever ccurs first. 7/7/14 Page 4

POST RETIREMENT STIPEND BENEFIT FROM WITC Available t full-time Managers wh retire frm WITC and meet the eligibility criteria fr a pst retirement benefit f a mnthly stipend and hire date timeframes. The eligibility criteria is as fllws: Eligible t receive a WRS retirement benefit (currently is age 55 fr nn-prtective grups) Have cmpleted 15 years f full-time service with WITC Prvide an irrevcable letter f intent t retire six mnths prir t retirement date If Hired Prir t July 1, 1993 and Were in a Management Psitin Prir t July 1, 2003 Will receive a mnthly stipend based n 45% f salary at time f retirement.
