Mount Union College office of Career Development Employment and Graduate School Success Report Protocols Each year The Office of Career Development conducts an annual follow up study on the graduating class from the prior year. In order to ensure and provide reliable statistics the office has taken great care to establish the following protocols and timelines for the collection and analysis of data. Spring (April) Senior Salute: Survey seniors one month prior to graduation regarding their employment/graduate school status November: Mail employment survey to May/December graduates who could not report at senior salute March: Send names of graduates who did not respond to survey letter to faculty (faculty may be aware of employment/graduate school status or contact information) April: Begin Facebook survey for remaining unresponsive graduates April/May: Upon reaching a minimum response rate of 70% begin compiling statistical report May: Present report to president for approval and release to: board of trustees administrative council enrollment management publish on career website This report contains a summary of statistics, actual distribution of majors, employment information, graduate/ professional school information, and state by state location of graduates As always, it is our hope that this report will serve as a useful resource for administration, faculty, staff, students, parents, alumni and prospective Mount Union College students and their families.

Fun Facts.. about our grads They are:.. Eight are in medical school.. One is a video game creator.. Fourteen are working in professional sports.. One is a costume apprentice for Orlando Shakespeare Theatre Fourteen graduates are graduate assistants or have received fellowships.. One is interning with The National Arboretum in DC...and one is a member of the inaugural Physician s Assistant Program at Mount Union College!!!!!!
