Outlook for next couple of quarters We are on track to achieve our guidance of 30-35% growth for FY11, with an upside potential over the guidance The acquisition would add further to our top-line There would be pressure on the margins in the short term as the acquired company has lower margins than Omnitech We are looking at expanding our service offerings and also to offer domain specific services for other sectors as well We feel that the coming quarters would be exciting with acquisition round the corner and we are geared up to strengthen our global footprint Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd. 2010 / Presentation / Page 20
