In January 2015, the Mayor and City Council authorized to.release 27 Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of contractors for operation of the multipurpose senior centers and to provide various senior services, including HICAP (C.F.14-1660), The Department released the RFPs on January 29, 2015.
