EXHIBIT 4 LIBRARY AND RESEARCH RESOURCES LIBRARY List, by title or description, any and all library or hardcopy resources attributable to the instruction of paralegal skills courses. Include any software programs or forms sources available for use by the instructors or students. Indicate the nature or type of the resource such as encyclopedic, case reporters, legal forms or other also indicated should be the copyright date or the last date of supplementation. EXHIBIT 5 LIBRARY AND RESEARCH RESOURCES ONLINE RESOURCES Identify and describe any and all online resources available to the students enrolled in paralegal courses. EXHIBIT 10 ASSESSMENT: PROGRAM AND INSTITUTIONAL ASSESSMENT A process of mandatory or elective program assessment and skills course assessment is one of the indicators of a vibrant, relevant and vigorous paralegal program and of the paralegal skills courses. In Exhibit 10 provide a general description of any assessment program or techniques designed to assess the effectiveness of the paralegal program and the paralegal skills courses. If there is no assessment process or program state: None. Include in the assessment description any program assessment process or surveys that are specifically directed to this program or its students or graduates, if any.
