The Trial Chamber announced that hearing via video-link was necessary due to the advanced age and health of Witness 2-TCW-979. Hearing of Witness KHOEM Boeun (2-TCW-979) via video-link The Trial Chamber, the Co-Prosecutors and the Civil Party Lead Co-Lawyers questioned the Witness KHOEM Boeun (2-TCW-979). NUON Chea Defence request to postpone the 8 May 2015 hearing The Trial Chamber sought clarification of the NUON Chea Defence's request to postpone the hearing scheduled for 8 May 2015. The NUON Chea Defence explained that the nternational Co-Lawyer will be abroad and that the National Co-Lawyer's health situation prevents him from attending.
