Most visitors to casinos, from casual players to professionals, very seldom leave a casino without first trying their luck at the Roulette table. One reason why the game is so popular is because it is an easy game to play. Like all casino games Roulette is a game of chance. It is also one of the games with which the casino has a definite edge over players with the Odds being heavily in favour of the House. But it does not have to be like that. It is our intention to reduce that unfair advantage against participating players by means of this unique System. There are two different versions of Roulette, namely the American version and the European version. The differences between these versions are of extreme importance as it directly affects and influences the player s chances of a win. The differences are as follows: American version: The game is played with a wheel that contains 38 numbers (numbers 1 36 plus a zero and a double-zero). The extra double-zero increases the casino s edge over the player to 5,26% as the ball can now land on any one of 38 numbers. When the ball lands on a zero or double-zero all wagers are retained by the House and the player lose, unless these numbers have been covered with a wager. The American version is usually played at a faster pace than the European version. European version: This is the most popular version of the two. This game is played with a wheel containing 37 numbers (1 36 plus a zero). With one number less than in the American version the 2

Our System has been designed to be used on the European version as this offers the best opportunity for a win and is, therefore, more suitable for our System. On entering an online casino s playing area a player is usually offered the opportunity to select his/her preferred version. Although this System could be applied to any version of Roulette it is advisable to select the European version as this offers a player the best chances of gaining good profits because of reasons as detailed in the previous paragraphs. In this manual you will learn about unique and most unconventional ways that could be used to win, consistently, with European Roulette. The games and systems that are discussed here have been developed after completion of thorough research into the game of Roulette. These techniques will now be made available to selected members of the public, on a very limited scale. Furthermore, although our System could also be used in landbased casinos it has been specifically designed for use and application with online casinos. However, the same basic principals apply and the System may also be used profitably at landbased casinos. Table Layout To give you a better understanding of the game of Roulette and the information that will be detailed further down a copy of a typical layout of an American version of a Roulette board is shown below. The layout of a European version does not include the double-zero (00), it only has the single zero (0). Types of Bets The wide variety of different types of Bets that are available makes Roulette a very interesting game to play and the success of our System is based on these different options that are available to us. By utilizing these in a scientific manner it is possible to reduce the Odds in the casinos favour and thereby increasing the player s chances of a win. Please note that throughout this manual the United States $$$ will be used as the currency for our wagers. The reason for that is that most online casinos use this currency. 3

Different Betting Combinations and how to Wager The following standard games and options are are usually offered by all good online casinos: Straight Up: Bet directly on any single number by placing your chip in the block which contains your selected number. It is important to note that a Straight bet could also be made on the zero, for the same pay-out. Split Bet: Place your bet directly onto the dividing line between two adjoining numbers of your choice, for instance: If you feel that either one of numbers 19 or 20 could win and you would like to cover both then you place your chip directly onto the dividing line between these two numbers. Trio Bet: This Bet is only applicable on numbers 0, 1, 2 and 3. This type of Bet is very important in our System because it enables us to cover the zero number in a group of numbers. Two options are available here: (a) combination which includes 0, 1 and 2 and (b) combination which includes 0, 2 and 3. Number two is included in both combinations which will leave either numbers 1 or 3 uncovered (this is usually a difficult choice). Place your chip on the intersecting point between 0, 1 and 2 OR on the intersecting point between 0, 2 and 3, whichever combination you may wish to cover. Street Bet: This type of Bet is also very important in our System as you will see later. This Bet allows you to cover three numbers in any row, for instance: numbers 10, 11 and 12. Place your wager directly onto the outside line of your selected row of numbers, for example: to cover numbers 10, 11 and 12 you will place your chip directly onto the outside line of number 10 which divides the block of number 10 and the block for the 1 st 12 (not the dividing line between 11 and 12 and not on any of the two corners). Corner Bet: Here you can cover four numbers in a group, for instance numbers 31, 32, 34 and 35. Place your wager directly onto the intersecting lines of the four numbers, in other words: right in the middle of the four numbers. First Four: This is basically the same as a Corner Bet except that it covers the numbers 0, 1, 2 and 3. These are very important numbers to cover as they often come up for a win and, therefore, the First Four is a very good option to use. It pays the same as a Corner Bet, with a pay-out of 8:1. Line Bet: You are allowed to cover two streets of numbers (6 numbers in total) with this Bet. For example: to cover numbers 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33 you would place your chip exactly on the outside border line where the dividing line (between the two streets of numbers) and the outside line meet, between 28 and 31. Dozen Bet: With this you have the option available to you to cover no less than 12 numbers with one bet and for this the numbers have been divided into three different blocks of 12 numbers each, as follows: The first block covers numbers 1 12, the 2 nd block covers numbers 13 24 and the third block covers numbers 25 36. The different boxes with their respective numbers are marked on the table. To wager you just place your chip in the relevant box of your choice. Low Numbers (1 18) and High Numbers (19 36): This can be a very handy bet to use on its own or to support other bets and thereby increasing the total pay-outs. No less than 18 numbers can be covered with one bet. Pay-outs are, of course, quite low (1:1, plus return of wager) because half of the numbers on the board are covered with one bet, except the zero. The chip is placed in the box of your choice. Red/Black or Even/Odd: These are pretty straight-forward bets because a player can either choose to wager that the ball will land on a red or a black number, or on an even or odd number. The player does, therefore, have an even chance of winning or losing except, of course, that the wager will be lost if the ball should land on the zero (unless it is covered with a different bet). Just place your chip in the relevant box of your choice. Columns: Another bet that could be used very well in a combination of bets. Twelve numbers in any of three Columns can be covered simultaneously with one bet, for instance: numbers 1 to 34 or 2 35 or 3 36. You could, of course, also wager on any of two Columns at the same time (two different wagers), leaving one column of numbers uncovered. Just place your chip in the block marked 2 to 1, at the end of the column of your choice (in other words, next to the numbers 34 or 35 or 36). Pay-out Rates It is understandable that the pay-out rates will vary in value according to the amount of risk that a player is prepared to take in his wagers. The higher the risk, the higher the pay-out. For instance, with a Straight Up 4

bet where the wager is placed on a single number only the lucky player will receive 35:1 compared to a wager on either red or black, or even/odd, where the player has covered 18 numbers. For a win on any of these he will receive a pay-out of only 1:1 for a win. A wager on a Dozen Bet is slightly better as the payout is 2:1. (Good casinos will also return the original wager with any pay-outs). Different Pay-out Rates Online casinos very often offer better Odds than landbased casinos although the rates of all online casinos may not be the same. It is important to note that only a small reduction in the pay-out rates for a win could mean the difference between profit and loss. Take the following as an example: Street Bet: Wager was $10.00. Most online casinos will pay out 11:1 = $110.00 + a return of the original wager of $10.00. Total return, therefore, $120.00. Our System relies on the return of the original wager together with profits. General Pay-out Rates The pay-out rates of most online casinos are generally as follows (with total numbers covered displayed in brackets): Straight Up (1 number) : 35:1 Split Bet (2 numbers) : 17:1 Trio Bet (3 numbers) : 11:1 Street Bet (3 numbers) : 11:1 Corner Bet (4 numbers) : 8:1 First Four (4 numbers) : 8:1 Line Bet (6 numbers) : 5:1 Dozen Bet (12 numbers) : 2:1 Columns (12 numbers) : 2:1 Low/High Numbers (18 numbers) : 1:1 Red/Black (18 numbers) : 1:1 Even/Odd (18 numbers) : 1:1 (Note: Most online casinos will return the original wagers with the abovementioned pay-outs, for example: Return for a Line Bet will be 5:1 + wager = 6:1 in total). How the Scientific Roulette System works The fundamental ingredients for the successful implementation of this great System are really quite uncomplicated and are based on the following: The persistent and meticulous tracking and recording of results (winning numbers). Minimizing of risk with continuous assessment of the frequency of winning numbers and the amendment of the wagering pattern in accordance with any changed patterns of winning numbers and combinations. Setting of reasonable earning targets. Exercising of patience during play. Exercising of discipline and self-control by not over-investing and by terminating a session when winning targets have been achieved. Termination of play when a losing cycle occurs and not to chase losses in an effort to make it up. 5

The Program The Program consists of a variety of interesting games to choose from. It is recommended that you try and test all of them until you have determined which games suit you best, are more comfortable with and with which you could be most successful. We have named the games as follows: the Numbers Game, the Splits, the Profit Machine, the Cash Factory, the 6-5-6 Game, the Skyrocket! game, the Streetwise Game and the Line-up! The primary Program of this System is called the Numbers Game. This involves the straight betting on individual numbers with specific exclusion of certain pre-selected numbers. This Program has produced excellent results on a consistent basis and, although losses do occur (it is still gambling), any person who use this and apply the fundamentals correctly can be successful and earn good profits. This is definitely the game for the serious, conservative player. Recording of Results This function forms a crucial part of the System and should never be neglected, especially during the early stages of a session of play. Although it will never be a foolproof way by which to cut out possible losses it will certainly enable you to reduce your risk and, therefore, minimize losses. Many players prefer to ignore this phase of their play as they gain in experience. Recording involves the record-keeping of results (spins). This should be done in an organized fashion. The best manner in which to do this is to prepare a special Results Form which contains all the numbers on the board, listed in order from 0 to 36, in a single column on the left of the page. Draw dividing lines underneath every number, from the left right across the page. Results must be recorded next to every number on the right. It is also advisable to use different Results Forms for each casino that you use. This would enable you to evaluate your success rate with each casino and to use the casinos where you are most successful. It is not necessary to use a new form for every session at the same casino just draw lines after the results of a closed session and use the same form again for the new results. Some casinos, not many of them, do have a very handy feature that shows all the latest statistics (Stats) after every spin. This includes every individual number (inside bets) as well as every type of outside bets. By making good use of these stats, especially with the outside bets, a player can plan his/her playing strategy all the time as the session progresses. A good example of a casino that offers this facility is Piggs Peak. This is really quite a nice casino to use and can be recommended. This feature is also available at Platinum Play Casino as well as 7 Sultans Casino. How to Record Results The Results Form could be used for all the games. Please print copies of the Form before you start as you will need this in your preparation for play. For the Numbers Game you will record the result in the appropriate line of each number. You can also use these results for other games. Although it is not necessary to do so for the Numbers Game if only straight bets are made it is recommended to record all the results in the different columns during play and for the following reasons: (a) You will gain a better idea of the trend of the game and (b) you will need these if you should decide to support your bets with other combinations, for instance: a wager on Low or High Numbers together with straight bets if one section of numbers have had many more wins than the other. You will then, of course, wager on the section with the highest number of wins. An additional wager of, say, $1.00 could add a small additional profit to your winnings and make quite a difference in the end. For the Combo, for example, you will also require the results for each Group (block of 12 numbers, e.g. 1 12, 13 24 and 25 36), Section or Column and for this you must record the results in the appropriate columns and sections on the Results Form. 6

It is of extreme importance to be able to establish a pattern in the results of spins before any real wagering is made and to be able to do this you need to do practice spins. There are two methods that could be applied in order to achieve this. These are: 1. To do free test spins (if allowed by the casino) and to record the winning numbers of all spins. 2. Should the casino that you use not provide free test spins then it is advisable to follow this Route: (a) Place a wager of the lowest amount allowed by the casino on any of the following types of bets: Low as well as on High Numbers, Odd as well as on Even or Red as well as on Black. You will bet on every option, for instance on Low as well as on High numbers. This will enable you to cover all the numbers on the wheel except, of course, the zero. One of these are bound to win and, although you will not show a profit, you will recover your total wager and you will have a test result. Your only risk would be with the zero and you will lose all if the ball should land on that but chances are that you may be lucky and not get a zero. You can, of course, cover the zero with a bet but you will then lose this unless the ball lands on the zero. With such a low amount involved it is better to take the risk. It is advisable to record the results of at least 10 spins as this would provide you with a good platform to use for the determination of your wagering strategy. Although it is not a necessity it is also a good idea to keep track of the number of your wins and losses (of each spin) during play and to do so separately for every casino that you use. This would enable you to evaluate the effectiveness of the Program that you use as well as the casino. Recording of Wins Record the result of each spin on the relevant Results Form for each game that you play by making a slash ( / ) mark (without the brackets) in the appropriate line or section of each winning number. After, say, 10 spins you should have 10 slash marks. You will observe that a pattern has already started to form in the early stages of play and that certain numbers, streets of numbers and groups have had more wins than others while some have had no recorded wins at all. This principle is used to determine your betting strategy. You will use this pattern to set up your wagering strategy for any of the games that you play. Keep up to date with the recording of every result of a spin as the pattern will change continuously and you will have to monitor the situation all the time and adjust your playing strategy accordingly in order to keep on winning. Let the Games Begin! You have now completed your preparations which are necessary to enable you to begin your onslaught against the casino. You should have a sufficient number of test results marked on the Results Form. Now you should decide which game you would like to play. We will guide you on the use of each one as we go along. If this is the first time that you use the System then it is recommended that you start off with the Numbers Game as this is the easiest and safest one and, therefore, more suitable for a beginner. Therefore, we will start off with the Numbers Game. 7

Numbers Game This mainly involves the following: 1. Targeting and wagering on all the numbers on the board, including the zero, but excluding two or three numbers; 2. Placing wagers on different numbers in accordance with the frequency with which the numbers have shown. How to Play: 1. From your test spins (remember, preferably no less than 10) and the results that you have recorded (compare the results in the Numbers Column as well as the Streets, Groups and Sections Columns), identify the numbers that have come up most frequently. You will probably find that quite a few numbers have shown more than once while others have had no wins. 2. We are now mainly interested in the numbers that have had no wins at all or the least number of wins as these will be excluded from your wagering. 3. Pick 2 or 3 numbers that, in your view, has the least chance of winning with the next two spins. Let us assume that you have identified these as numbers 14, 20 and 27. Remember though that your risk is reduced with only two numbers uncovered although your profit increases with three numbers uncovered. 4. Place a wager on every number except numbers 14, 20 and 27. 5. You have now covered 34 numbers with direct wagers leaving just 3 numbers uncovered and vulnerable but with a risk of only 8,11%. Your chances of a win is, therefore, an amazing 91,89%! If you leave only 2 numbers uncovered and vulnerable then your risk factor will be as low as only 5,41%. 6. With such a high percentage in your favour the chances are very good that you will be able to record wins with your first two spins. Each win on a straight number $1.00 wager will produce a return of $36.00 ($35 plus return of wager). As your total outlay was $34.00 you will realise a profit of $2.00 on every winning spin (with three numbers open). If you use $5.00 wagers in stead of $1.00 your profit from each successful spin will be $10.00. With $5.00 wagers you only need 8 successful spins to produce a total profit of $40.00, which could be earned within ten minutes! With such a high number of spins your risk becomes quite high. It is, therefore, recommended that you do not attempt to achieve this in one session.
