About the Scheme Fishers Solicitors Employee Benefit Scheme allows you, as an employer to provide your employees with access to legal services at a discounted rate. The scheme covers the three main areas of law that your employees are likely to need in life: Family Law, Residential Property and Wills & Trusts. There is no cost whatsoever for your company and your employees are only charged when they use us. That s it, no hidden charges and no catches. Just good & affordable legal advice that you can offer as a benefit to your employees.

Benefits to the Employer The Employee Benefit Scheme allows you to offer your employees a unique employment benefit that your competitors won t match. It s easy to set up and there are no charges to your organisation. No joining fee, no annual subscription, nothing! Giving your employees easy access to a well established and high quality legal firm can minimise their need to take time off. It may also reduce the time spent in addressing personnel issues that arise. Residential Property Fishers Residential Property team are driven by a commitment to get a good job done at a sensible price. Your employees will be able to buy and sell their property with reduced legal fees when you join our Employee Benefit Scheme. They will get: 20% off our legal fees when selling a property 20% off our legal fees when purchasing a property Our Residential Property team will give a free, no obligation quotation at the outset so that your employees know exactly how much they re saving.

Wills & Trusts Correctly arranging your personal and financial affairs should not be underestimated. With Fishers Employee Benefit Scheme your employees will have access to all the expertise they need and at a greatly reduced rate, including: 10% off the cost of making a Will, including a mirror will for an employee s spouse. Discounts will also be given on the costs of preparing the following: A Lasting Power of Attorney for one or for a couple A Death Benefit Trust.

Family Law Fishers Family Law team offer guidance on all family law issues including divorce & separation, disputes involving children, finances and/or property, or cohabitation issues. As a member of our Employment Benefit Scheme your employees will get the following discounts: An initial meeting at a fixed fee rate of 100 + VAT. A fixed fee divorce service for 450 + VAT & Court Fees where the divorce is undefended. 20% off legal advice for all other Family Law matters including guidance relating to children, finances, property, separation, cohabitation and preparing pre & post nuptial agreements. This discounted rate will continue for the duration of the case, however long it takes.

Employees are then free to contact us as and when required.
