The Universal Security Policy Kansas Coverage Comparisons Comparing some of the coverages offered under our Special, Deluxe and Elite levels of coverage to standard industry homeowners, dwelling fire and personal auto insurance policies

The Universal Security Policy excels at all coverage levels At Encompass Insurance, we re committed to making insurance easy to understand and easy to buy. With the Universal Security Policy (USP), we re also committed to giving you the flexibility of three levels of coverage: Special, Deluxe and Elite. You may choose one level for homeowners and a different level for auto. So, you can choose a plan that matches your needs and budget. The USP offers higher limits and special features most ordinary policies don t include. These coverage comparisons allow you to see for yourself the advantages of the USP. Our Special, Deluxe and Elite levels are compared to the industry standard homeowners ( HO-3, edition 10/00) insurance policy, and our Dwelling Fire coverage is compared to the industry's dwelling fire ( DP3, edition 10/00) policy. Our motor vehicle coverages are compared to the industry standard personal auto policy ( ISO PAP, edition 10/00). Plus, the USP lets you tailor the coverage to help meet your unique needs by offering additional coverage options at affordable prices. Some additional coverage options are: HomeWork Supplement Liability coverage and increased business property coverage for many aspects of your home-based business. Lifestyle Enhancement - Unique combination of liability and property coverage made for the lifestyle of today s policyholders, including coverage for Family Members in a Resident Health Care Facility, increased coverage for unscheduled jewelry, and additional coverage for sports and hobby equipment with a low $50 deductible. Identity Fraud Expense Coverage - Provides coverage up to $20,000 for expenses you incur as a result of someone who has used your identity for unlawful activities. Excess Coverage Protection An option that increases your limit for covered injuries to others, up to $5 million. Personal Property Plus Provides additional perils coverage on contents (included in Elite). Water Backup of Sewers and Drains ($15,000 included in Elite). The USP policy offers the convenience of combining your home and auto insurance into one package policy. If your expiration dates for home and auto insurance are not the same, we give you a credit for existing insurance. When the first segment of the new package policy becomes effective, rates (including the package discount) and underwriting for the whole package are locked-in for the first policy term, but we don t begin to charge for the subsequent segments until each additional piece of existing insurance becomes effective with us. In addition to the convenience of one policy, another benefit of the package policy is one deductible. With the USP, if a single covered incident damages multiple covered exposures, the insured pays only one deductible the highest deductible of the involved risks. Compare that to separate monoline policies which have a separate deductible for each policy! The USP provides really good insurance, but there are other reasons to buy the USP. You ll like our responsive claim service, our convenient Encompass Easy Pay plan, our money-saving discounts and the confidence of working with your independent insurance agent. 2 of 6
