Direct shares service A new state-of-the-art direct share trading facility will be available for advisers on the voyage platform from 1 July 2010. This will offer real time trading and web-based corporate action management. Advisers will be able to use this new service to place instructions to buy and sell shares directly in the market, take up any corporate actions that may affect their clients holdings, view clients share holdings and peruse live ASX data. Advisers can place orders at any time the ASX is open and will receive electronic confirmation of their transaction. The cornerstone of the solution is the individual Holder Identification Number (HIN) structure. This means that Voyage will maintain a separate HIN for each individual client, which not only allows advisers to maintain complete control of their clients share holdings but provides clients in super, pension and IDPS to obtain full access to their individual corporate action entitlements. Accessed via MoneyOne Online, trading is performed by using the web-based share trading platform, Voyage default online broker CES, or by trading off-line with any of the five supported panel brokers. Features for advisers clients Each client with direct share trading established will be allocated an individual HIN, enabling full entitlement to corporate actions approved by Voyage Super/pension clients Access to 200 or more of the largest securities listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) IDPS clients access to all securities listed on the ASX, including warrants Ability to participate in issuer s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) where available Trades will be settled by applying funds from the client s cash account Contra trading supported i.e. proceeds from sales can be used to fund purchases before the settlement money is received Advisers can trade via either the online broker or via one of the following supported external panel brokers, (via phone/fax): - JB Were - RBS Morgans - Bell Potter - Shaw Stockbroking - Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Online corporate action election and participation (advisers only investors with trading access will not have access to this feature) 10

Convenient insurance solutions ING Life ING Life offers group insurance cover to members of the Voyage superannuation wrap. Members will be able to choose: Death Only cover Death and Total & Permanent Disablement (TPD) cover Salary Continuance cover. The policies have the following features: Competitive premiums No maximum sum insured limit for death cover, a maximum sum insured limit of $3 million for TPD cover and a maximum monthly benefit of $25,000 for Salary Continuance cover (subject to underwriting) Death cover, contains a terminal Illness benefit of up to $2.5 million Five-part TPD definition CPI indexation is available on death only and/or death & TPD covers Short form personal statement for applications of death only and/or death & TPD up to $350,000 Insurance transfers (via Insurance transfer personal statement) of death only and/or death & TPD covers up to $800,000 RiskWorks the quick and easy way to monitor your insurance cases For all insurance written through the platform, you will also have access to RiskWorks online case management system that enables you to check the progress of your insurance applications. To gain access to this system, you will need to self-register. RiskWorks allows you to: view details of the cover requested, any underwriting requirements and whether those requirements have been received view clients personal statements on screen, when it has been received by ING and view and print the decision note when the final underwriting decision has been made add notes to your cases for the underwriters and case managers to view. ING can also add notes to cases for you to view be notified by email when a new underwriting requirement is needed or a decision has been made on a case be reminded by email when a case is 30, 60 or 83 days outstanding this will help you manage finalisation of cases in a timely manner print all screens or download the information from many screens and lists into a spreadsheet format if desired. OneCare Life Cover coming soon It is expected from around the fourth quarter 2010, Voyage will offer advisers a new retail insurance offering for their clients in OneCare Life Cover. Key features include: Salary continuance benefit periods of either two years or to age 65 and waiting periods of 30, 60 or 90 days stepped or level premiums own or any TPD definitions. Continuation options on all covers a variety of waiting and benefit periods on income protection multiple lives premium discounts axtra care cover 11

Consisting of MoneyOne Office and MoneyOne Online, together they streamline your back office administration and provide a secure online website with trading, account set up, easy-to-retrieve product, investment and transaction information.
