SuSan M. freeman ModEraTor Susan Freeman concentrates her practice on business bankruptcy and on appeals of all kinds. She is the only lawyer invited to membership (and leadership) in both the American College of Bankruptcy and the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers. Ms. Freeman has briefed and argued before the U.S. Supreme Court, and she is frequently invited to present materials and speak at seminars in Arizona and nationally. She currently co-chairs the Secured Creditors Subcommittee of the ABA Business Bankruptcy Committee. Ms. Freeman has been certified by the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in bankruptcy law since 1987, and has been listed since 1989 in BEST LAWYERS IN AMERICA in the appellate and bankruptcy categories. JEannE P. darcey Jeanne Darcey is a partner in Sullivan & Worcester LLP's Boston office, and head of the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group.
