The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid s (CMS) have revised the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes for 2015. For dates of service on or after January 1, 2015, you must use the new codes in order to obtain reimbursement. providers must refer to the American Medical Association s Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codebook or the HCPCS Level II codebook to get up to date service descriptions of the codes listed in Subchapter 6 of the.
