Purchasing hardware from Telstra Under the Casual Option or the Repayment Option, you agree to acquire the in-vehicle devices or other hardware from Telstra. We are in no way responsible for installation or configuration of in-vehicle devices and hardware. The cost of installation is not included in the hardware price for this option and must be paid for separately by you. b) For the Casual Option, you must properly install and configure the in-vehicle device and other required hardware in your vehicles or engage a third party to do so. We are in no way responsible for installation or configuration of in-vehicle devices and hardware (even though we supply the hardware to you). Navman Wireless Mobile Communication means the Navman Wireless OnlineAVL2 application service option of that name described in Part G of the Telstra Mobiles Section of Our Customer Terms. As Telstra does not offer this service, you may wish to acquire this service from Navman Wireless Australia Pty Ltd or another third party provider. Please note, if you take up the Q-Pro you ll be billed directly by Navman for data usage on your Q-Pro device. Installation If you take up a Q-Pro services as part of your Navman Wireless solution, you ll need to separately arrange and pay for installation.
c) For the Repayment Option: If you do not take up a Q-Pro device as part of your Navman Wireless Solution, we will arrange for a third party to properly install and configure the in-vehicle device and other required hardware in your vehicles. Despite this, we are in no way responsible for any errors or omissions in the installation or configuration of in-vehicle devices and hardware that we arrange on your behalf. The cost of installation is included in the price for this option. If you take up a Q-Pro device as part of your Navman Wireless Solution, you will need to separately arrange for and pay for the installation and configuration of the in-vehicle device and other required hardware in your vehicles. You can speak with your Telstra Navman dealer if you d like more information about how to arrange for installation of your in-vehicle devices. If you do not take up a Q-Pro device as part of your Navman Wireless Solution on a Repayment option, installation will be included in the price of your solution. However, if you request that the installation be done at your premises and your premises are located more than 50 kilometres away from the Telstra dealer that is managing the installation of your in-vehicle devices, you agree that you may be charged a reasonable additional fee that is payable directly to the relevant Telstra dealer.
