BELFOR Property Restoration is a full service Emergency Response and Restoration Company, providing a full range of services to reduce the impact of an unplanned event leading to real property or personal property damage. Services offered include: Emergency Response: Specific tasks to include: o Immediate Response Upon contacting our Government Program Manager, a team of professional damage assessment personnel will be on site within 24 hours. o Analysis and Damage Assessment After reaching the site of the emergency our team will quickly assess and determine the scope of the damages and provide this information to the on site government personnel. o Statement of Work The scope of the damages and the recommendations on how to remediate the situation will be provided in a written Statement of Work. o Mobilization Upon acceptance of our recommendations, BELFOR will immediately mobilize its team to begin work on site. o Work Product Work on site by BELFOR first responder team members will encompass any one or all of the Scope of Services listed below. o Project Summary When the project has come to an end, a full report of the actual damages incurred and work completed will be provided to the appropriate government personnel. Structural Drying: Specific tasks to include: o Tarping of structures to control inflow of moisture o Shrink wrapping of structures to control inflow of moisture o Water Extraction to remove excess water from a structure o Moisture Mapping to determine impacted areas of a structure o Selective Demolition to remove wet building materials that cannot be economically dried in place o Containment to assure that potential contaminants do not spread o Evaporation Enhancement to remove moisture content from building materials o Dehumidification to remove excess water vapor from the structures environment

o Temperature Control to assist in dehumidification and to prevent the onset of mold growth o Post Drying Cleaning to remove any potential contaminants from dried building materials Mold Remediation: Specific tasks to include: o Work planning with Industrial Hygienist to develop cost effective removal protocol o Containment to eliminate the potential for cross contamination o Air Flow Management to eliminate the potential for cross contamination and to provide data that will support the affectivity of containment (through continuous pressure differential monitoring) o Selective Demolition to remove impacted building materials o Detailed Cleaning to remove contamination through HEPA Vacuuming, Scrubbing and appropriate chemical washing o Ice or Soda Blasting to provide for thorough and economical cleaning of building materials when there are large areas impacted o HVAC Cleaning to remove contamination from these systems Fire Restoration and Clean Up: Specific tasks to include: o Detailed Cleaning to remove excess soot or other contaminants from impacted areas through HEPA Vacuuming, dry sponging or through chemical washing o Selective Demolition to remove unsalvageable materials or property o Pack Outs to remove salvageable personal property from the affected area for off site cleaning and storage o Air Flow Management to remove airborne contaminants and soot, and to reduce offensive odors o Deodorization to remove or mask offensive odors and return the affected area to a usable space Electronics and Machinery Restoration: Specific tasks to include o Assessment of damaged equipment to develop a cost effective plan for restoration or replacement o Disassembly of equipment for detailed cleaning o Detailed Cleaning of equipment through HEPA vacuuming, chemical washing and appropriate methods for contamination free drying o Reassembly of equipment after it has been cleaned and dried
