STEP ONE Register Account Go to admarkt.kijijiforbusiness.ca and create your Admarkt business account. Mmmmm that new account smell awesome! Remember, this will be different and separate from your existing Kijiji account. You can still use your old account for personal stuff, but not business from now on all businesses across Canada will use Admarkt. Choose the geographical location where you ll run your ads note that at present, you ll have to set up separate ads for each location where you re advertising. So if you have a business with outlets in Halifax and Antigonish, you ll have to create separate ads for those two locations. Admarkt by kijiji User Guide 06
STEP ONE Register Account Con t Now choose the category right now there s only two choices for product category, Buy & Sell and Cars & Vehicles. To run ads in the Cars and Vehicles category, you can only sell tires. Note: Presently Admarkt is a no-go zone for big ticket items like cars or real estate all event tickets are to be advertised on StubHub!, our sister company. StubHub! and Kijiji are both owned by ebay and we re one big happy family unless someone s trying to beat us at Ping Pong in the Games Room over lunch. Then the gloves come off. STEP TWO Create Listing Now the fun part creating your new listing. Start by giving it a title. Highlight what makes your products and services unique, including any special prices or promotions. Give buyers really cool reasons to deal with you! Upload one or up to 10 product images - remember to choose great pics that make your items look amazing and professional. STEP TWO Create Listing Con t Now pick a price remember to be competitive so people will check you out! Fill in your item description details keep it simple, clear, and easy to understand. Grab attention with a snazzy headline this is the part of the ad that buyers will see first so it s a great opportunity to hook them with your special offers. STEP THREE Set Budget and Go Live! The budget is the total amount you re willing to spend to sell the items in your listings. There s no monthly fees, no user fees or any other kind of fees the only time you ll pay anything is when someone clicks on your ad. What the console can do for you! Start, pause or delete ads Pause your ad A great feature for putting your ads on hold maybe you have an interested buyer? Once an item is sold, be sure to pause your ad - otherwise you may be paying for clicks on something that s already gone. Start your ad Start your ads whenever you want them to appear in the listings - this is a handy function for restarting older ads, once new inventory comes in. Delete your ad Deleting your ad is permanent, so you may want to keep older ads just in case you never know. Preview Ad by clicking on the magnifying glass. What the console can do for you! Review ad by clicking on the ad title. Using this dynamic review, you can edit your details, reset budgets and generate reports. Edit Ad button will take you back to your Location and Create Ad areas you can then edit the content. Set Budget button is where you control ad placement in the search results page. Set budget This is real time info that tells you the cost of a spot on page one. If you want a better placement closer to the top, you can bid for that by matching or bettering the going rate. The page one rate is shown as 0.27$ in the orange bar below. The orange bar also tells you where your ad is currently in this case page two. That s because the page one rate is 0.27$ and the advertiser set the Cost-Per-Click at 0.24$, not really knowing where that rate would put the ad in the listings. Real time feedback Here you can see exactly what your rate gets you and where you re positioned. As the rest of the network bids, the real time cost for page one placement will go up or down. That s the beauty of the Console you always know exactly where you stand, and what you need to bid to be in your best position. Admarkt by kijiji User Guide 13

Track your ad performance On the right side of the Console, you can check your ad s performance in real time, track your spending to date, view the number of impressions (people who have seen your ad) and click-through-rate. The click-through-rate is the total number of buyers who clicked on your ad when compared to the number of buyers who saw your ad. So if one of your ads isn t performing well, you can delete it quickly. View your history Admarkt lets you keep a history of all the ads you ve ever run this is especially great if you want to run an ad from the past, or generate a report of your total spending over time. Track the performance of your ads on a regular basis have a clear goal and make tweaks along the way to get the most clicks, customers and sales. Admarkt by kijiji User Guide 14
What the console can do for you! See what s happening at a glance At the bottom of the Console page, you can see a running tally of your Admarkt ads at a glance. This makes it easy for you to check in on the fly and take a quick peek at your data without having to run a report. Create detailed reports Need more info? With Admarkt you can run full reports on any, or all of your ads for a specific period select My Reports at the top of the Console page. Simply select your reporting period, then click Create Report the report will appear below. You have the option of downloading an Excel file (.xls) or a Comma Delimited file (.csv). Three great ways to build you brand Admarkt s simple Ad Builder generates three separate pages your buyers can access that s way better than the free listings and gives you really cool ways to get more value from your ads. Digital advertising shouldn t cost you the store. Admarkt costs way less and you get a store too! One - Advertiser Listing Admarkt ads appear as listing entries in four, ten and sixteen on every page. Two - View Item Page This is where buyers are sent when they click on your ad. Here they ll see your product images and description, along with your logo, contact information and the all important Buy from Seller button. This button brings buyers directly to an e-commerce payment gateway on your own website, so you can make the sale right then and there, when they re ready to buy. Admarkt by kijiji User Guide 16

Three - Advertiser Storefront By clicking on Merchant s Other Ads in the advertiser information area, buyers are taken to a branded Storefront page that shows all your ads together. With Admarkt you get three distinct pages where you can brand yourself, look like a business and generate more sales you are in complete control of where you are in the listings, as well as your budget at all times. Billing Basics Admarkt is built for your success When it comes to billing, Admarkt ads are sold on a Cost-Per-Click basis. You set the CPC rate, so you re always in control and will never be billed for more than you want. At the end of the billing cycle, the total number of clicks are counted, up to the maximum monthly amount you set in your campaign total. If your item sells in five clicks, and you paused the ad after it sold, you re only billed for five clicks! And there s a one-click maximum per person, so you re protected from any shopper who clicks on your ad more than once. You ll be billed for your advertising monthly we send out paper invoices about two weeks after the billing cycle has ended. There are no sign up fees, no monthly fees, and no transaction fees.
