Collection and Delivery of physical mail, 2. Hybrid Mail Solution (On-site and Off-Site solutions) (also known as Print to Post / Desktop mail services ), 3. International mail services 4. Franking machines and mail room equipment, 5. Inbound mail solution including but not limited to e-capabilities. We are still considering whether the requirements will be best served by a framework with more than one Supplier per lot and a combination of either a direct award or further competition award process. The arrangement will have a maximum duration of 4 years. The proposed new agreements will replace the current GPS Postal Services framework (RM782). This framework will be enabled for use by UK public sector bodies (including Central Government Departments and Wider Public Sector organisations) including but not restricted to, Central Government Departments, Arms Length Bodies(ALB s), Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPB s), NHS Bodies, Local Authorities, Emergency Services, and Educational Establishments who have a need for postal services.
