KSW Environmental, LLC is the energy industry s leader in frac sand dust control. KSW Environmental provides high quality products and advanced engineering controls to allow its customer to achieve excellence in quality, health, safety, and the environment. The mitigation of silica dust provides: Health and safety of employees Positive corporate image More pleasant work environment Regulatory compliance Improved community relations Reduction in equipment deterioration Reduction in maintenance cost Reduction in health and liability risk Frac Sand Dust Control, LLC has been the industry s leader in crystalline silica dust control for frac sites since 2009. Fourth-generation equipment has been refined at hundreds of frac stage completions. This system maximizes dust collection at the six points designated by National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) as silica dust emitting areas, and is constantly being refined to ensure maximum efficacy. In 2012 KSW Environmental acquired the exclusive license to the FSDC systems and technologies along with the FSDC frac site dust collection business and name. As part of Dupre Energy Services, KSW Environmental draws on the resources of Dupre s industry experience, personnel, and locations throughout the United States. KSW Environmental s innovative products and services allow its customers to focus on their core businesses while controlling the hazards of the work environment.

KSW Environmental Proven 4th generation equipment Dust mitigation on multiple equipment types Ongoing testing, including PBZ sampling within OSHA PEL and NIOSH REL Part of diversified oilfield services company Over 500 sales, service, and operations personnel 3. Dust ejected and pulsed through open side fill ports on the sand movers during refilling operations. 4. 5. Dust released from the transfer belt under the sand movers. Mitigating dust in and along the dragon tail is accomplished by special designed manifolds. 2. Dust ejected from thief hatches (access ports) on top of the sand movers during refilling operations while the machines are running (hot loading). 6. Dust released from operations of transfer belts between the sand mover and the blender. 1. Dust created as sand drops into, or is agitated in, the blender hopper and on transfer belts.

The complete solution & benefits. 3. Sand chiefs can be operated with hatches open to ensure accurate and safe operation. 2. High capacity unit powers manifolds at all dust collection points. 1. Specialized manifolds vacuum silica dust before it enters the work environment. 4. 5. 6. Flexibility of the manifold system adapts to multiple equipment models and configurations. Custom designed manifolds along the dragon tail and T-belts address all transfer points. Ease of system installation allows for faster rig-up and rig-down. The small footprint allows for multiple set-up configurations.
