As discussed herein, Dr. Unhelkar completed a bachelor's

program of study in Electronics Engineering at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, in India. Additionally, he completed an advanced post-secondary program in Business Administration at the Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune, in India. Thereafter he completed a completed a master's program in Information Science and a doctoral program at the University of Technology, Sydney, in Australia. Based on the foregoing academic credentials, I find that Dr. Unhelkar attained the equivalent of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering, a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, a Master of Science Degree in Information Science and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree from an accredited US college or university. In 1977, Dr. Unhelkar commenced post-secondary studies in Electronics Engineering at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda is an accredited institution of higher education in India. Admission to the bachelor's-level programs of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda is based on the completion of secondary-level studies and competitive entrance examinations. Dr. Unhelkar completed both the general studies and specialized studies which lead to a bachelor's diploma from the University. The general studies included entry-level courses in language arts, the social sciences, mathematics, and the sciences, which are a requisite component of a bachelor's degree from an institution of higher education in the United States. Based on the subject matter and credit hours of these courses, most such courses would qualify as equivalent to courses in US institutions. Additionally, from 1977 through 1982, Dr. Unhelkar completed advanced bachelor's-level studies in his area of concentration, Electronics Engineering. The curriculum of the program in Electronics Engineering includes classes and examinations in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Programming, Electrical Circuits, Digital Circuits, Electronic Devices, Communication Systems, Computer Organization, Microprocessors, Computer System Software, and related subjects. Following his completion of the required academic classes and examinations, in April, 1982, Dr. Unhelkar was awarded a Diploma for a Bachelor of Engineering Degree by The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. The nature of the courses and the credit hours involved indicate that he attained the equivalent of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering from an accredited US college or university. Further, it is significant that the academic study of Electronic Engineering is closely related to the area of Computer Science and Computer Engineering. Indeed, the field of Electronic Engineering serves as the fundamental academic underpinning for the study of Computer Science. These fields include many of the same concepts and academic principles. Many courses completed in the discipline of Electronic Engineering include the use of computers and involve the study of principles of Computer Science. Further, the study of Electronic Engineering involves concepts of Computer Science, Engineering, and Mathematics. Most curricula in the field of Electronic Engineering include several courses in Computer Science and Computer Engineering.

Thereafter, Dr. Unhelkar entered an advanced post-secondary program in Business Administration at the Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune, a recognized institution of higher education in India. Admission to the advanced post-secondary programs offered by the Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune is based on the prior completion of bachelor's-level studies and competitive entrance examinations. At the Institute, Dr. Unhelkar completed a program of advanced bachelor's-level studies, with a concentration in Business Administration. Following his completion of the required academic studies and examinations, on June 30, 1986, Dr. Unhelkar was awarded a Diploma for a Master's Diploma in Business Administration by the Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune. The completion by Dr. Unhelkar of the academic program at the Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune satisfies the academic requirements for a bachelor's-level degree equivalency in Business Administration. By completing a bachelor's-level degree equivalency in Business Administration at the Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune, following his completion of a Bachelor of Engineering program at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, the candidate fulfilled the equivalent of a second bachelor's-level degree, with a concentration in Business Administration. Thus, the nature of the courses and the credit hours involved, considered together with his prior bachelor's studies, indicate that Dr. Unhelkar attained the equivalent of a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering, from an accredited US college or university. Further, Dr. Unhelkar entered a master's program in Information Science at the University of Technology, Sydney, an accredited institution of higher education in Australia. Admission to the graduate-level programs offered by the University of Technology, Sydney is based on the completion of bachelor's-level studies and competitive entrance examinations. At the University, Dr. Unhelkar completed a program of graduate-level classes, examinations and research, with a concentration in Information Science. Further, he was required to prepare and defend a graduatelevel thesis in the field of Information Science. Following his completion of the requisite classes, examinations and dissertation, on April 30, 1993, Dr. Unhelkar was awarded a Diploma for a Master of Science Degree by the University of Technology, Sydney. Based on the completion by Dr. Unhelkar of the doctoral program at the University of Technology, Sydney, it is evident that he attained the equivalent of a Master of Science Degree in Information Science from an accredited US college or university. Finally, Dr. Unhelkar entered a doctoral program at the University of Technology, Sydney. Admission to the doctoral-level programs offered by the University of Technology, Sydney is based on the completion of advanced bachelor's-level or graduate-level studies and competitive entrance examinations. At the University, Dr. Unhelkar completed a program of doctoral-level classes, examinations and research, in his area of concentration. Further, he was required to prepare and defend a doctoral-level dissertation in his area of concentration. Following his completion of the requisite classes, examinations and doctoral-level research, on May 7, 1998, Dr. Unhelkar was awarded a Diploma for a Doctor of Philosophy Degree by the University of Technology, Sydney.

Based on the completion by Dr. Unhelkar of the doctoral program at the University of Technology, Sydney, it is evident that he attained the equivalent of a Doctor of Philosophy Degree from an accredited US college or university. Accordingly, based on the reputations of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, the Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune and the University of Technology, Sydney, the number of years of coursework, the nature of the coursework, the grades attained in the courses, and the hours of academic coursework, it is the judgment of The Trustforte Corporation that Dr. Bhuvanesh Krishnarao Unhelkar attained the equivalent of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering, a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, a Master of Science Degree in Information Science and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree from an accredited college or university in the United States. This evaluation is based on copies of the original documents provided by Dr. Unhelkar and represented to be authentic and true copies of the original documents. We have no reason to doubt the authenticity and accuracy of these documents.
