Nancy is fluent in both Spanish and English, and can also speak basic Japanese which she learned during the four years she spent in Japan. Our Services The process begins with an assessment of the needs of the employee that will be settling in the country. Welcome at the hotel: an Account Manager from Chile Relocation Agency will welcome the executive and his or her family in the hotel, where they will receive a map of Santiago and general information about restaurants, nightlife, local culture and customs, doctors, etc. Tour: a basic tour will serve as an introduction to the neighbourhood chosen by the family to live in. From this tour the family should receive appropriate advice regarding schools, pharmacies, hospitals, as well as shopping and leisure centres. Finding a home: Along with a dedicated Account Manager, the family is taken too see all the different housing options that have been pre-selected in accordance with the executive's profile and the company's relocation policy. Usually, this process lasts for about four days. After a suitable home is selected, Chile Relocation Agency reviews all the legal aspects of the contract. Chile Relocation Agency counts with a network of exclusive estate agencies which lets them offer a wide spectrum of houses and apartments (with or without furniture) with the highest standards of quality housing and location as required by the client. Hiring Services: help for the acquisition of basic services such as telephone, internet, and cable television. Opening a bank account: support, guidance and advice is available in order to open a current account.
