OUR HISTORY The Origins The Basile Group boasts a long tradition in the preventive security business, an adventure it has been pursuing for five generations, begun over a century ago when the forefather of the Basile family became technical director of "Il Piave", the first private police organization, created by former Carabinieri. Development In the 1970s, the company took a path of expansion, extending its activities to all the provinces of Sicily, offering new services such as remote prevention by sophisticated techniques and modern management of monetary flows for banks, post offices, and private individuals. At the start of the new millennium, the Basile family was running a entire group operating throughout southern Italy. The Present In June 2014, the Group acquired IVRI, Istituti di Vigilanza Riuniti d Italia, a firm formed in the 1950s by Fortunato Zanè, thus obtaining direct coverage of almost all the country and becoming the leading Italian player in the security business. The next slides will see the group involved in an internationalization process that will take its services beyond our national borders.

NETWORK By virtue of authorization under Article 115 of the TULPS (Public Security Law), the Group conducts its intermediation, coordination and monitoring of surveillance services, company security, and transport of valuables throughout Italy. Long experience provides a high level of know-how and a network of relationships and fiduciary relations with over 400 surveillance and security firms. The Basile Group is therefore a full-service contactor that can resolve any security need anywhere in Italy, for armed guard and custodial/reception services and for rapid response services linked to security systems, from the simplest to the most sophisticated, including transport of valuables and cash counting systems.

SERVICES OFFERED: CASH IN TRANSIT Transport values Counting values Caveau management The Group has developed an innovative product, an advanced safe (S3Cash) where cash can be placed protecting the retailer from all types of risk: cash collections are insured and virtually in the bank. S3Cash is a new-generation, integrated cash management system, an intelligent safe where cash can be inserted, insured and protected without the use of traditional procedures and without the need to visit the Treatment titles Cash machine management bank. It has an Oberthur inking system, which makes the banknotes unusable in case of attempted break-in, an MEI acceptor, and BCE certificate, which verifies the validity of the banknotes inserted, permits rapid accreditation, total security and significant savings. The system, operated in synergy by IVRI with the client and the bank, monitors the status of activity at any time, even remotely.

SERVICES OFFERED: RISK ANALYSIS AND PREVENTION The analysis assesses the risks associated with client security and indicates the requisites of protection, finding solutions for each specific requirement. The objective may be just to prevent risks and optimize and upgrade the quality level of security-related activities but also to study the reference market and economic and political dynamics, or to assess the reliability of counter- parties and plan company strategies, providing the solutions best suited to preventing and managing crisis situations. More specifically, the consulting service offered by the Basile group contributes to the decision-making of top management by providing instruments to detect and deal with various scenarios, helping the organization recognize danger signals and developing possible reaction strategies.

Equipped with an Oberthur inking system and includes transport of valuables for deposit in associate banks. Fog discharger Active, effective protection against thefts and vandalism. In less than 10 seconds, it saturates the room with a dense, impenetrable white fog that is non-toxic and harmless to persons, animals and property. STARS (System for Automatic Transactions for Service Requests): this system is a single platform that manages normal activity and requests for non-contracted, unplanned services, providing the information in real time to all users involved. GPS Locator Portable system with several functions, including: panic button, remotely-activated environmental listening, man-down signaling, Geofence (alarm for violation of a specified geographical perimeter), and tracking of vehicles, people and property.
PROPERTY SERVICES Planning and implementation of integrated facility management services aimed at maximizing return on the properties through a systematic control of routine and special operating costs, dedicated planning and rigorous management of the facilities and the entire multi-year operating budget, constant monitoring and management of the level of maintenance and compliance with the regulations at the various properties, with proposals for operational and energy savings.
