How to use the online portal Step 1 We register your personal details as normal onto our current payroll system including a valid e-mail address which is a key requirement in setting up your account. Step 2 We then enter your name, payroll code, agency, pay type (e.g. self employed or PAYE) and e-mail address onto the online portal. Once this has been confirmed you receive an e-mail from us which sends you a user name and password. (Please note No personal information i.e. bank, phone number, address etc. are entered or stored on your online account) Step 3 By clicking onto the My Account section of the website at www.orbitalservices.co.uk and filling in your user name and password, you will enter into your unique pay details section. payroll services 14 Orbital Payroll Group Company Overview

For Umbrella PAYE Workers: For Self Employed Contractors: My Timesheet This option shows a history of all timesheet/hours that have been confirmed and also a PDF download version of each weekly payslip. My Expenses Allows you to submit an electronic version of your expenses each week, which will then be subsequently saved on your account for you to refer back to at anytime. Start by clicking the Add Expenses Claim button which opens the expenses form ready for you to type in to. Simply fill out your name, agency/client and the week-ending it relates to, followed by date specific details of which expenses relate to you e.g. mileage/ travel, subsistence, accommodation, work-wear, tools etc. My Invoices Click on the View button to see an on-going record of all invoices that have been submitted, confirmed and paid to you. My Statements This section gives you instant access to a PDF download version of your monthly payment and deduction statements, in order to assist with your end-of-year returns. My Updates Allows you to see date and time specific actions that have been made e.g. invoices and payments that have been confirmed and processed. Where VAT receipts are required there is also an upload box for you to submit previously scanned-in copies to assist with your claim. Once you have hit the submit button we will verify your claim and confirm, which will then allow you to view a PDF download version for every claim form processed.
