STINGRAY III POINT-OF-SALE SYSTEM

THE ADAPTABLE THE ANATOMY OF A POS MAKEOVER POSFROM THE LEADERS in RUGGED The Stingray III is built to address two realities of today s retail and food service industries: change will only accelerate and style matters, especially at the point of purchase. We used a modular design, built on a common platform, to create a POS system that can stay current in the face of mobile payments and shifting business requirements. With Stingray III, you can change operator screens, add consumer displays and reconfigure its profile on the fly. We stripped away the uninviting wall of industrial-strength POS from previous machines and replaced it with sleek styling, a minimal footprint and touch screen ease that make Stingray III the perfect companion for everything from haute boutiques to big-box retailers. Of course, at its core, Stingray III is still a Panasonic workhorse that can shrug off the soda spills and airborne grease of the busiest quick service restaurant. PLAYS ALL THE ANGLES The display tilts for easy access to ports and swivels to make way for closer interactions with customers. HIGHLY CONFIGURABLE Choose from a range of processors, operator touch screens and customer display options. MOUNT IT HIGH, MOUNT IT LOW Or somewhere in between. You have a wide range of options, including low-profile stands, pedestals and fixed wall mounts. BRAND-BUILDING DESIGN Whether you need to elevate your existing brand or are looking for a POS system that provides a sophisticated experience for a fashion-forward brand, the Stingray III has the modern styling you need. SMALL FOOTPRINT With a footprint just over 9 1/2 x 9 1/2, the Stingray III requires 25% less counter space than previous models. NONSTOP PERFORMANCE Every component is engineered for continuous use. No detail was overlooked in our drive to make the most reliable POS possible from the screws that anchor the hinge, to the seals on the LCD. EASY ON THE EYES, EVEN EASIER TO CLEAN The sleek, thin-bezel design brings a modern aesthetic to the counter with a sealed surface that is simple to clean. HANDS-ON CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE The optional customer-facing touch screen display lets customers make their own selections and respond to real-time promotions. The included 720p HD camera captures demographics or security data. SPILL-PROOF, DUST-RESISTANT Our engineers designed the Stingray III to withstand spills, airborne grease and rough handling. The IP52-rated display/ CPU module resists particulates and can take a direct spray of soda. LEGACY READY The Stingray III is backward compatible with your older peripherals, so you can put your current hardware investment to work with a new POS. SINGLE CHASSIS PLATFORM The entire lineup shares a common interchangeable design built around a purpose-built CPU/touch screen module, so you can mix, match and add components as your business needs change. BUILT TO HOT SWAP Screen/CPU modules and hard drives pop off for fast changes no tools required so you can switch out hardware and be up and ruing in minutes. DOWN UNDER PORTS Placing the IO panel underneath the screen protects it from spills and makes cable routing easier and cleaner. STATE-OF-THE-ART SECURITY Optional encrypted card reader and biometric lockout make this the most secure Panasonic POS in history. Build It Your Way We designed the Stingray III platform for maximum flexibility, so you can mix, match and build the right POS for your application needs. Rise above the noise With the most effective, noise-cancelling headset system in the QSR industry SOLUTIONS FOR FOOD SERVICES

Silence: the sweet sound of your success Our clients asked us to put an end to frustrating drive-thru conversations that force customers and employees to repeat themselves again and again. Our answer? Attune II a redesigned headset with the most sophisticated noise-reduction technology we have ever developed for Food Services. With Attune II, conversations are smoother, orders flow faster and customers are far happier. SOLUTIONS FOR FOOD SERVICES

Tested to 1,100 lbs. The body of Attune II can withstand 1,100 lbs. of sustained pressure. The competition fails at 570 lbs. Built to take whatever your employees dish out From its tough headband, to its heavy-duty buttons, Attune II is built to outlast every competitor on the market. Designed for hard-working fingers Every button features raised surfaces that make it easy for employees to put their fingers on the right functions. Of course, those surfaces double as durable seals to resist ketchup, soda and everything else that comes with the territory in a busy QSR. A mic that won t tie your operation in knots Twist it, bend it, crimp it the boom on Attune II is made using flexible wiring surrounded by a thick, heavy-duty polymer so it can take a serious beating. In fact, in testing, the boom endured 20,000 rotations and held a sustained, 44 lbs. pull and still worked flawlessly. Screws. Our (not so) secret ingredient Ancient technology, yes, but the lowly screw sets Attune apart. Other manufacturers glue their headsets together so, if a single internal component fails, you have to throw away the entire headset. We build Attune II with screws so it is easy to disassemble and repair. A fleet of Attune II headsets may cost marginally more up front, but they ll be serving your business long after other headsets are literally trashed. Sealing out day-to-day damage Atomized cooking oils, high humidity, line-busting in the rain QSRs are a hostile environment for fragile electronics. Attune II is completely sealed with seamless gaskets that keep out dirt, grease and water to protect against corrosion and short-circuiting. 180 degrees of resilience Our engineers opened and closed the Attune II headband 300,000 times without the slightest signs of stress. In fact, despite flattening it 13,000 times and twisting it over and over, they could not reach its breaking point. The best equipment deserves the best warranty Panasonic warrants every Attune II headset for 2 years and every belt pack for 2 1 /2 years.

Dynamic noise suppression Typical noise suppression eliminates low-frequency, steady, hums like droning fans and idling freezers. Attune II suppresses all of those, plus sounds across the spectrum, including sounds that change in pitch and volume like sirens, beeping horns and kitchen chaos. With Attune II, your staff members can speak with customers in a digitally enhanced quiet zone where they can communicate efficiently and get orders right the first time. Squelching noise at every volume Noise doesn t have to be deafening to be distracting. We designed Attune II to reduce the low- and mid-volume sounds that are a constant of restaurant life by up to four times. Attune II can even reduce the loudest sounds encountered in a restaurant by a factor of two so customers and employees can hear each other clearly even during the noisiest, busiest times of the day. DECT: An open chael to clear communications The entire Attune system operates on the restricted, 1.9-GHz Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT) band not the open, traffic-choked 2.4-GHz band other headsets share with WiFi, cell phones and other devices. The DECT band, plus our true, digital packet transmission technology, give Attune II the bandwidth it needs to deliver maximum clarity and uninterrupted communication.

Maximize all of your real estate Digital signage is a proven performer indoors, where restaurants consistently report a 5% sales lift. Put digital s power to increase sales and lift order amounts where it matters most in the drive-thru then reap all the additional rewards of a modern, digital drive-thru. Focus more on marketing, less on printing Constantly printing, shipping and hanging static menu boards is not cheap. The industry spends an average of $2,000 per location each year just on signs for the drive-thru. That makes every menu change and every calorie count update a very expensive proposition. With digital signage, updates are centrally managed in real time no printing or sign hanging required so you can put more resources into strategy and messaging and be more responsive to the market conditions. Centralize content and delivery Going digital in the drive-thru allows you to manage all of your menu content digitally inside and out. Menus, promotions, branding, advertising anything and everything you want to display can be hosted on a unified platform in the cloud and pushed to all of your locations and every single sign at the click of a mouse. You get full control of all your store s signage on one platform. Menu and promotional flexibility Your content management can be as simple or sophisticated and instantaneous as you want. Because Digital Drive-thru fully integrates with your POS, you can publish promos and messages based on time or day for strategic day parting to better promote products. Want fries with that? Increase sales 5% Because digital signs can respond to orders as they are placed, upselling can be a simple, automatic process. Your signage can offer fries with every hamburger and a drink with every meal, whether or not your employees remember to upsell. Now you can experience the sales lift digital signage has been shown to bring inside the restaurant in the drive-thru. Boost your restaurant s image Modernize your look and deliver strategic images and messaging with a digital order experience, complete with mouth-watering graphics and animation. With a digital drive-thru, you can reach them like never before with advertising and promotions that are persuasive and irresistible.
