Office Version 2016 Appendix 1: Administration Reduction for downtown development Any fee imposed is reduced by 10% for any development or construction within the area governed by the Downtown Winnipeg Zoning By-law. Fees payable at the time of application Unless otherwise specified all fees imposed for General Planning, Development and Zoning, City Plans, Development Applications and Agreements, Development Permits, Encroachments, Variances and Conditional Uses and Waterways are payable at the time of application.
