Work from the little finger to the thumb.

11 12 Drain from the wrist to elbow. Turn the hand over. 13 14 Circular movements along the internal line of the hand. From the thumb to the wrist. Massage in a crisscross movement back and forth (with 2 thumbs) on the lower palm. 15 16 Smooth the external side of the little finger with the thumb. Clockwise circular movements of the palm with the fingertips.

17 18 Turn the hand over. Smooth from the hand to elbow. 19 20 Stretch both fingers at the same time: Little finger + thumb Ring finger + index finger Middle finger + thumb Drain the arm and descend by enveloping the sides of the arm and end with the fingers of the hand.
