Season Card 2014/15: Terms & Conditions Stadium Regulations: 1. Leicester City Football Club is proud to welcome all supporters to King Power Stadium irrespective of race, religion, social background or sexual preference. Leicester City Football Club will not tolerate racism or homophobic behaviour in any form. Any supporter found guilty of racial or homophobic abuse either at King Power Stadium, or any other football stadium, will receive a lifetime ban from all Leicester City Football Club fixtures. 2. King Power Stadium is a SMOKE FREE stadium and smoking is not permitted in the stadium, which includes the use of e-cigarettes. 3. The Club reserves absolutely the right to eject from the ground any person failing to comply with any of the ground regulations, or whose presence within the ground is, or could reasonably be construed as, constituting a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other person. This could lead to further action from the Club, including but not limited to, the withdrawal of any Season Card, without reimbursement and other benefits. 4. Persistent standing is not permitted within King Power Stadium during play, as it contravenes League regulations, may compromise your safety, disrupts the views of fellow supporters and might endanger the Club s Safety Certificate that is required to allow supporters to attend matches. Any supporter guilty of persistent standing is liable to immediate ejection and the possible withdrawal of their Season Card without compensation. 5. No person may bring into the Stadium or use within the Stadium any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match at the Stadium. The use of such prohibited equipment may result in the cancellation of the Season Card without compensation as well as other legal remedies which the Club may pursue. 6. The Season Card remains the property of Leicester City Football Club and the Club reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the Season Card without refund in the event of the holder being found guilty of any incident of crowd misbehaviour at home matches. Should any Season Card Holder be ejected or arrested at any fixtures away from King Power Stadium, the Club also reserves the right to withdraw their Season Card without refund. 7. A Season Card is issued subject to the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association, The Premier League and The Football League in respect of the relevant competition and Leicester City Football Club Ground Regulations. 8. Mobile telephones are permitted within the Stadium provided that they are used for personal and private use only. Season Card Usage & Stadium Access: 9. Your Season Card must be produced on demand 10. It is the responsibility of the Season Card Holder to check their Season Card to ensure all details are correct upon receipt. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry to the Stadium should any Season Card not contain the correct information. 11. A Season Card admits the bearer to regular League matches played by Leicester City Football Club at King Power Stadium for the 2014/15 season only. All other fixtures and events staged at King Power Stadium are excluded from a Season Card, unless announced in advance. 12. In the event of an offence being committed, the responsibility of the Season Card is entirely that of the Season Card Holder. In the event that a Season Card is transferred to another person and an offence is committed, the responsibility then becomes that of BOTH the Season Card Holder AND the ticket holder at the point in question. 13. Club officials will have the right to challenge and, if necessary, refuse entry to any adult who attempts to enter the ground with a concession Season Card. In the event of a breach of this clause, the Club reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the Season Card without compensation. 14. For first team matches, this Season Card is ONLY valid for the seat indicated on the Season Card. Turnstile Operators will only permit access into the Stadium on receipt of the correct Season Card. 15. Dates and times of kick-off will be announced on the Club website, in the matchday magazine and/or in the press and may be altered at short notice. It is the responsibility of the Season Card Holder to ascertain the date and time of all fixtures, including any re-arranged or postponed matches. 16. In the event of a match being abandoned, Season Card Holders will gain free admission to the rescheduled fixture. Pro-rata refunds will not be issued to supporters where matches are not attended, regardless of whether they have been postponed, abandoned rearranged for another date, or for any other reason. 17. A Season Card can only be used once per game to gain entry into the ground on matchdays. In the event of a breach of this clause, the Club reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the Season Card without compensation. 18. In the event of a Season Card being loaned/transferred to any other supporter without prior notification to the City Fanstore or Sales Centre, the Club reserve the right to withdraw and cancel the Season Card without compensation.

19. The Club also reserves the right to eject from the Stadium any away supporters sitting in areas reserved for home supporters. 20. Entry to the ground cannot be guaranteed after half-time. 21. If the conditions of usage and issue are not accepted, your Season Card should be returned immediately to the Sales Centre of Leicester City Football Club. Season Card Pricing & Charges: 22. A Season Card is not refundable or cancellable by the supporter during the course of the season. The Club will consider requests for a refund on exceptional or compassionate grounds, on a case by case basis, and would be subject to a 30 cancellation charge per Season Card. 23. Leicester City Football Club cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for Season Cards either lost or damaged beyond use. A lost or wilfully damaged Season Card can be replaced for a fee of 10 in the first instance, with subsequent reissues charged at 30 per card. Stolen Season Cards will only be replaced if supported by a valid Police incident number. The Club reserves the right to only issue one replacement Season Card per customer, per season. 24. In the interests of safety, Season Cards and/or match tickets are strictly NON transferable, either to any other home supporter or to visiting supporters, without providing prior notification to the City Fanstore or Sales Centre. If a Season Card is to be used by someone other than the person named on the card, an upgrade fee is payable in advance at the City Fanstore or by calling the Sales Centre, if the Season Card is used by someone from a different age category to the person named on the Season Card. 25. Any fee payable for individual match upgrades will be the difference between the pro rata price of the season ticket and the match ticket price for the two age categories for that game in that area. 26. Should a Season Card Holder wish to relocate their seat to a different area of the Stadium, this will be subject to availability. A fee will be payable if there is a difference in price between pro rata price of the season ticket and the match ticket price of seating area and the area in which the seat is being relocated to. 27. There will be no refund of any difference if the area is of a lesser price category. 28. The Club reserves the right to request proof of age if applying for any concessionary priced Season Cards. In the event of any breach of this clause, the Club reserves the right to withdraw this Season Card forthwith without compensation. 29. Concession prices are issued to Season Card Holders on the following basis: UNDER 8s issued for the use of a child UNDER the age of 8 BEFORE 1 st September 2014 UNDER 10s issued for the use of a juvenile UNDER the age of 10 BEFORE 1 st September 2014 UNDER 12s issued for the use of a juvenile UNDER the age of 12 BEFORE 1 st September 2014 UNDER 18s issued for the use of a juvenile UNDER the age of 18 BEFORE 1 st September 2014 UNDER 22s issued for the use of a young adult UNDER the age of 22 BEFORE 1 st September 2014 SENIORS issued for the use of a senior citizen aged OVER 65 BEFORE 1 st September 2014 30. Any Season Card Holder forgetting to bring their Season Card to a match can obtain a match ticket from the City Fanstore subject to a 5 administration fee. Any Season Card Holder requesting a match ticket replacement will be asked to prove their identity based upon information recorded on the Leicester City FC database. This 5 administration fee is refundable on production of your season card to the Fanstore. 31. The Club currently operates a policy whereby young children under the age of 2, or young children who are unable to walk unaided, will not be allowed entry into the Stadium. This policy has been set in the best interests of child safety and in the interest of other supporters safety. 32. Children under the age of 13 MUST be accompanied by someone over the age of 18. 33. The Club reserves the right to cancel, without refund, any Season Card purchased by any supporter who defaults any payment of their Season Card, including payments scheduled by Direct Debit. The Club also reserves the right to charge reasonable default charges in the event of any supporter who fails to meet the agreed payments either via Direct Debit or any other means. Additional Terms and Conditions will be issued to any supporter choosing to pay by Direct Debit. 34. Season Card Family Discount is only available to supporters who are renewing their current Season Cards and currently take advantage of this benefit are eligible to claim Season Card Family Discount for the 2014/15 season. 35. Season Card Family Discount can only be claimed by parties who from the same family and who all renew their Season Cards in the same transaction. For Season Card Family Discount to apply, there must be a minimum of one Under 18 Season card purchased for every two Over 18 Season Cards. No Family Discount is applicable for any transaction that includes a FREE Under 10 Season Card. 36. Family Members should be from the same postal address to qualify. If family members do not share the same postal address, the Club reserve the right to request proof of the family relationship before offering Family Discount.

37. No Family Discount is available to supporters who do not currently claim Season Card Family Discount or supporters who are located in Blocks B2, J2 and L1 or in any Hospitality seating areas, which includes all Fosse Club seating areas. 38. L Block is a Season Card Holder area only. Match ticket sales will be issues at the Club s discretion in this area of the Stadium. 39. The Seat Exchange benefit will no longer be available for the 2014/15 season. The Family Stand: 40. The Family Stand is designated as the area of the North Stand which consists of Blocks P, P1, P2 and P3. 41. Any supporter above the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a child under the age of 18 years old to legitimately sit within the Family Stand (Blocks P, P1, P2 and P3). 42. In accordance with the Club s Family Stand regulations, the accepted ticket holder ratio of 1 child/juvenile under the age of 18 to every 2 other concessions must be adhered to. A party which consists of a more than two over 18s to every child will be asked to relocate to an alternative area of King Power Stadium to ensure the integrity of the Family Stand. 43. Ticket concessions which are categorised as child/juvenile are under 8, under 10, under 12 and under 18, as well as disabled supporters which fall under the same age bandings. A Disabled Companion (Helper) who is under the age of 18 years would also be considered as a child/juvenile. 44. Ticket concessions which are categorised as other are under 22, adult and over 65, as well as disabled supporters which fall under the same age bandings. A Disabled Companion (Helper) who is at least 18 years of age would also be considered as an other. 45. Supporters classified as other (under 22, adult and over 65) cannot sit in the Family Stand without a child/juvenile present. Where the child/juvenile is unable to attend, non-juniors must relocate to an alternative section of King Power Stadium which does not consist of the Family Stand. A relocation fee may be charged (as per article 26 in Season Card Pricing & Charges) 46. Season Card Holders who are located in the Family Stand will be entitled to three free relocations during the 2014/15 season. The fixtures where free relocation is eligible will be designated by the Club and announced on the Club website, in the matchday magazine and/or in the press. Match & Event Ticket Availability: 47. Cup ties, pre-season or Friendly matches are not included as part of the 2014/15 Season Card package. 48. Only Home League fixtures are included within the 2014/15 Season Card package. Away fixtures are exempt but Season Card Holders may claim ticket priority for away fixtures subject to the Club s advertised eligibility requirements for securing away league and cup tickets 49. Holding a Season Card does not guarantee match tickets for major Cup Finals or Semi-Finals, or any Play-Off fixtures involving the Club playing at a neutral ground. Any priority for these matches will be based on the ticket priority system or any other supporter loyalty scheme in operation at that time. 50. Arrangements and selling criteria for all Home Cup ties will be advertised on the Club website, in the Matchday Magazine and/or local press and radio. The Club will take all reasonable steps possible to ensure allocation of your own seat if required, permitting Season Card Holders a minimum 48-hour window to secure their Season Seat ahead of General Sale. 51. Season Card Holders in the East Stand North Wing (Block L, Block K) and North Stand (Block P, Block P1) may be subject to enforced relocation for Cup fixtures. Under existing FA Cup and League Cup competition rules, the opposition may exercise its right to take an allocation of up to 15% of the total capacity of the host Club s stadium, whereupon the Club will give reasonable provision to relocate to an alternative area of the Stadium. 52. The Club also reserve the right to relocate home supporters in the whole of the North Stand in the event of any fixture, including League fixtures, when demand from away supporters is such that an allocation in excess of competition regulations is made. The Club also reserve the right to close certain sections of the Stadium for selected fixtures should they deem it necessary to do so. In such circumstances, Season Card Holders in those areas of the Stadium affected will be offered the opportunity to relocate to other areas of the Stadium. 53. Away match tickets will be sold on the ticket priority system, or any other supporter loyalty scheme in operation at that time. Full details of ticket priority systems are available upon request. 54. In the event of King Power Stadium being selected as the venue for any special matches, Season Card Holders may be given priority in the allocation of the Club s share of tickets, but no guarantee can be made.

Disabled Season Cards: 55. Leicester City Football Club currently operates a Disabled Pricing Policy. Any supporter wishing to purchase Season Cards under this policy will need to supply proof of: a. Enhanced Personal Independent Payment (PIP) for mobility; Standard or Enhanced PIP for daily living if they have been assessed under the PIP system, or b. Designated a member of the Support Group where assessed under the Employment & Support Allowance (ESA) scheme. c. Disability Living Allowance at Middle/Higher Rate, or d. Attendance Allowance, or e. Severe Disablement Allowance, or f. War Disablement Pension, or g. Blind Registration 56. Disabled Companion (Helper) Season Cards will not be valid unless accompanied by the Disabled Season Card Holder. On occasions where the Disabled Season Card Holder is unable to attend, the Disabled Companion (Helper) can only attend by purchasing a ticket for the game. Failure to do so may result in ejection from the stadium. 57. The Disabled Companion is not considered to be a Season Card Holder in his/her own right. The Disabled Companion shall not be eligible for the same features and benefits as the Disable Season Card Holder and will only be subject to the Club s set criteria for away/cup ticket eligibility where the Disabled Season Card Holder is not due to attend. This will be at a point AFTER Season Card Holders have had the opportunity to secure tickets. 58. The Disabled Season Card can only be used by the named individual Disabled supporter and is not transferable. 59. Hospitality areas of King Power Stadium do not facilitate wheelchairs. 60. In the interests of safety, any disabled, semi ambulant, or supporter with temporary limb injuries affecting their ability to walk unaided, (including those encased in plaster or requiring the use of crutches) must notify either the City Fanstore or contact the Sales Centre. Emailing sales@lcfc.co.uk or calling the Sales Centre on 0844 815 5000 (option 1) in advance will allow safe seating arrangements to be organised. Alternative seating arrangements will be made available wherever possible either pitchside, or within one of the designated seating areas within the Stadium. For safety reasons, supporters unable to walk unaided must adhere to these terms and conditions. 61. Full details regarding the policy for Safe Seating for semi ambulant/disabled supporters is available on request. Further Information: 62. All correspondence should be marked with your client reference number, which can be found on the front of your Season Card. Season Card Holders are encouraged to contact the Sales Centre either by email to sales@lcfc.co.uk or by telephone on 0844 815 5000, option 1. Alternatively, supporters may visit the City Fanstore in person during normal opening hours. 63. The Club reserves the right to vary these conditions from time to time. Any variations will be advertised on the Club website www.lcfc.com and in the Matchday Magazine. 64. Should Half Season Cards be available and purchased for the 2014/15, the same Terms and Conditions as outlined above shall apply. Supplementary Terms and Conditions may be issued at the time of purchase.

Car Park Terms & Conditions 1. Leicester City Football Club accepts no liability for any loss or damage whilst using the car park or any other car parks operated on a matchday. 2. If the conditions of issue are not accepted, your Car Park Season Ticket should be returned immediately to the Sales Centre of Leicester City Football Club. 3. All vehicles are left at the owner s risk. 4. Car Park Season Tickets are valid for first team, home league games only. For any other fixtures, including cup fixtures, pre-season friendly fixtures, Play Off fixtures or any other additional fixtures staged at the King Power Stadium, a charge will be payable, as advertised in advance by the Club through their normal media. Customers will be required to purchase a car park space in advance of any such fixtures in order to secure parking. 5. Cars must be parked at least 30 minutes prior to kick off. Car Park Season Ticket Holders will NOT be allowed onto car parks after this time. No refunds are available under any circumstances should supporters fail to arrive prior to these deadlines. Please also be advised that in line with safety regulations, you will NOT be allowed to exit the car park any earlier than 30 minutes AFTER the final whistle. 6. Drivers must adhere to the 10mph speed limit in place on all car parks. Drivers are expected to drive in an appropriate manner at all times and are expected to adhere to instructions from Club officials. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may lead to the withdrawal of a Car Park Season Ticket without refund. 7. This Car Park space is for a standard vehicle only, ie no mini buses or coaches. 8. All cars should be parked inside a designated space. The Club reserves the right to tow away vehicles that are parked in an inappropriate manner and a release fee will be payable. 9. A Car Park Season Ticket is not refundable or cancellable by the supporter during the course of the season. The Club will consider requests for a refund on exceptional or compassionate grounds, on a case by case basis, and would be subject to a 30 cancellation charge. 10. Leicester City Football Club cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for Car Park Season Tickets either lost or damaged beyond use. A lost or damaged Car Park Season Ticket can be replaced for a fee of 30. Stolen Car Park Season Tickets will only be replaced if supported by a valid Police incident number. The Club reserves the right only to issue one replacement Car Park Season Ticket per customer, per season. 11. Any Car Park Season Ticket Holder forgetting to bring their Car Park Season Ticket to a match can obtain a duplicate Car Park match ticket from the City Fanstore on payment of the appropriate matchday price and upon satisfactorily identifying themselves as a bona fide Car Park Season Ticket Holder. This sum is totally refundable on production of both the Car Park Season Ticket, which shows via the Ticketing Software that it has not been used for that particular fixture, and the match day car park ticket stub, which must be presented to a member of staff in the City Fanstore within 14 days of the fixture for which the duplicate ticket was issued. 12. All correspondence should be marked with your customer number, which can be found on the front of your main Season Ticket. Supporters are encouraged to contact the Sales Centre either by e-mail to sales@lcfc.co.uk or by telephone on 0844 815 5000, option 1. Alternatively, supporters may visit the City Fanstore in person during normal opening hours. 13. In the event of King Power Stadium being selected as the venue for any special matches, Car Park Season Ticket Holders may be given priority in the allocation of the Club s share of tickets, but no guarantee can be made. 14. The Club reserves the right to cancel, without refund, any Car Park Season Ticket purchased by any supporter who defaults any payment for their Season Ticket or Car Park Season Ticket, including payments scheduled by Direct Debit. The Club also reserves the right to charge reasonable default charges in the event of any supporter who fails to meet the agreed payments either via Direct Debit or any other means. 15. A Car Park Season Ticket is purchased in conjunction with a Season Ticket or seasonal corporate package. The Club reserve the right to cancel or rescind a Car Park Season Ticket if your Season Ticket is cancelled or withdrawn for any reason. 16. Car Park spaces specifically for Disabled supporters are available, subject to availability, but must be booked in advance through the Official Leicester City Disabled Supporters Association (DSA). 17. The Club reserves the right to vary these conditions from time to time. Any variations will be advertised on the Club website www.lcfc.com and in the Matchday Magazine. 18. Leicester City FC Direct Debit Scheme For Season Card 2014/15: Terms & Conditions 1. All direct debit applications are subject to validation through our ticketing software. The club reserves the right to refuse a direct debit application. In such a case the season ticket can be purchased as normal using one of the other payment methods. 2. If the below conditions of issue are not accepted, your Season Card should be returned immediately to the Sales Centre of Leicester City Football Club, with an accompanying letter. You are reminded that season cards are not refundable and once purchased the full outstanding value of the season cards is owed and the Club will be entitled to recover the full amount payable. 3. The direct debit payments for your Season Card will be equally spread until March 2015. The first payment is your deposit, followed by your monthly payments that will be taken on the last working day of each month from the account details given to us at the time of purchase. It is not possible to choose your own payment date. 4. Supporters who choose to enter the Leicester City Direct Debit Scheme do so on a recurring basis and will be monthly instalments will be automatically be taken for payment of their 2015/16 season card. Supporters who do not wish to retain their season ticket via the Direct Debit Scheme should inform Leicester City Football Club before March 1 st 2015. 5. Should your direct debit payment fail for any reason, a default cost recovery charge of 12.50 for each failed instalment will be charged. This must be paid at the time of making your late failed direct debit payment. 6. Failed payments can be made in the City Fanstore during normal opening hours or by calling the Sales Centre on 0844 815 5000, option 1. 7. In the event of your direct debit payment failing, your account will immediately be placed on hold meaning no additional tickets can be purchased, and your Season Card will be blocked meaning access will not be permitted to the ground. This will apply to all Season Cards purchased under your direct debit payment. Once payment has been made, your account will be taken off hold and your Season Card reactivated. 8. Should your direct debit payments be 3 months outstanding, the Club reserves the right to cancel, without refund, your season ticket with immediate effect. 9. Should your direct debit payment fail for 3 months during the season, the Club reserves the right to withdraw the offer of the direct debit scheme during the 2015-16 season. 10. All correspondence regarding your direct debit should be marked with your customer number which can be found on the front of your season card. 11. The Club reserves the right to vary these conditions from time to time. Any variations will be advertised on the Club website www.lcfc.com and in the Matchday magazine.
