All learning offerings are grouped in sections which are hyperlinked to facilitate your browsing experience. Instructor-Led Training ILT: Instructor-Led Training Interactive course or workshop with stand-up lectures delivered to a student group by an instructor. Technical ILTs usually include practical (lab) sessions. Concepts CCI0110 Course Code 2 Day ILT Duration & Delivery Format Course Title virtual Instructor-Led Training Web-based (WBT) or Adaptive Learning (AL) Online Training vilt: virtual Instructor-Led Training Electronic and distance learning component consisting of an interactive course delivered to students by a remote instructor. Students access the vilt via the internet or their intranet and can be geographically dispersed. Some vilts include practical sessions with connection to a remote lab. vilts are sometimes recorded and then offered for repeated viewing. Hitachi Data Systems Accreditation Hitachi Data Systems Certification Prometric: exam available at Prometric test centers world-wide. IBT: Prometric Internet-Based Testing Exam available at HDS facilities and delivered using the Prometric IBT online tool. Credential Type Video Training Accreditation test or Certification Exam Prometric or IBT WBT: Web-Based Training Electronic and distance learning component available for viewing using a web browser. Some WBTs can be downloaded and be run offline as Computer-Based Training (CBT). AL: Adaptive Learning Using a question based approach, the platform automatically adjusts the sequence, difficulty level, and training content, in real-time to your specific needs to provide a personal learning experience. Hitachi Data Systems Academy has moved from using 2 different course codes one for ILT trainings and the other vilt trainings to a single course code for both delivery methods. This change affects any course that is delivered via both methods in the Learning Center. If you don t have a valid account there please register yourself via the HDS Portal using the Need to Register link on https://portal.hds.com. During the Registration process via the Portal, you will receive your Logon Credentials to the Learning Center. If you experience any problems, contact us at HDSacademyhelp@hds.com. Access the HDS Learning Center via the following link: https://learningcenter.hds.com Locate the Catalog Search portlet, enter the related course code and click Search. On the Results screen, look for your preferred location and start date. Click Register to enroll into the class. Use Add to Plan to add the class to your Learning Plans for later attendance. If you are registering yourself for any of the Web-Based Training, start the Training via the Launch Link.
