Summary of Investment Changes On August 9, 2011, the ING International Value Fund was terminated and liquidated. All proceeds were used to purchase shares of the Vanguard Developed Markets Fund. On August 4, 2011, the Virtus Foreign Opportunities Fund was terminated and liquidated. All proceeds were used to purchase shares of the Vanguard Developed Markets Fund. On August 2, 2011, Golden Capital, ishares Russell 1000 Growth, and ishares S&P 500 were terminated and liquidated. All proceeds were used to purchase shares of the Vanguard Institutional Index Fund. Effective August 1, 2011, the Kayne Anderson Rudnick Smid-Cap Equity portfolio has been changed to the Small-Cap Core Equity strategy. On July 27, 2011, the Lord Abbett Affiliated Fund was terminated and liquidated. All proceeds were used to purchase shares of the Vanguard Institutional Index Fund.
