View Applicants Reqs: to view applicants click on the plus sign next to the position title.
View Applicants You may also view applicants that have applied to your positions in this section Click on the symbol next to the req A list of all applicants will appear underneath
View Applicants Important information is displayed here: Applicant name Applicant ID number The date they applied for this position A bar graph depicting how the applicant answered the prescreening questions The result of this applicant for your position along with the corresponding date Any comments you may have entered regarding this applicant. View Applicants To display documents attached to the applicant you will need to: Click on the symbol next to the applicants name Click on the symbol next to documents for applicants name Click on the symbol next to the document you would like to open To print this document, right click on the document and choose print

View Applicants To update the result for an applicant, click on the button under Result For this Req. A new window will open, displaying the offer result choices Always enter the new date associated with the new result Enter rationale/notes in the comment section if needed Click the Save button to save your changes
Add documents to an Applicant To add a document to an applicant, such as a Word document with interview notes, click on the Add Document button: Note: Applicant documents are viewable by Approvers, Search Committee members, and HR. Applicant documents can be deleted at any time.
View Applicants To send the applicant an e-mail from this section, click on the (envelope symbol) next to the applicants name A new e-mail will automatically generate in a second screen with the applicants e-mail address Type your message Hit Send

New Applicants Click on New Applicants under the applicants main menu A list of new applicants is displayed for review
Exiting Click on Logoff on the main menu Click on Logoff again Click on the X in the upper right hand corner
Hire Once you have identified an applicant for hire, please notify your HR Generalist who will then consult our compensation manager for an appropriate pay rate. Once the rate is approved, an official offer will be extended to your candidate. You will be notified once the offer is accepted. When an offer is accepted, the req will be removed from your list of reqs in Greentree (my reqs) and the posting removed from the website. Standard disappointment letters will be sent to the remaining applicants.
Remember At the conclusion of a search, please forward all search related documentation to Human Resources. This might include copies of the resumes with notes on them, your interview questions with notes on them, etc. Human Resources is required to keep all search related material on file for a specific period of time in case of the unlikely event of a future question about the fairness of the hiring process.
