RETELIT COMPANY PROFILE Retelit is one of the leading Infrastructure Service Providers focused on ultra broadband fibre based data transmission and data center services. e-via, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Retelit, is the operating company. 7,600km Fibre Network 8 Metropolitan Networks 18 Data Centers Extending more than 7,600km along state, provincial and municipal highways, 8 metropolitan networks (MANs) in the largest Italian cities, and covering over 200 town centers, Retelit's proprietary network is integrated with 18 Data Centers to provide new generation ultrabroadband fibre based services. 1000+ Business Sites already connected and several thousands close to network, including business premises with one or more customers, Carriers Point of Presence (PoP), Radio Base Station and Data Center. 2

NET FINANCIAL POSITION SELLING OF THE WIMAX BUSINESS UNIT 2014-2017 30,5M expected cash generation, of which 22M from the disposal of the WiMAX Business Unit 69,8M 2014-2017 CAPEX, of which 44,5M for sales and building connections 74M tax asset as at December 31 st, 2013, of which 38,7M due to tax on losses and 35,3M related to temporary differences in taxable income On November 25 th 2013 e-via sold its WiMAX business unit to Linkem SpA after having leased it to Linkem since July 2011 in force of the contract signed on April 13 th 2011. The WiMAX unit was attributed a total value of 33 million, less the lease payments already made by Linkem SpA, amounting to 5.5 million, for a final amount of 27.5 million. The first instalment of 5.5 million of the total was received on the date of the selling, on formalization of the deed of sale. The remainder, 22.0 million, will be collected in four equal annual instalments from November 25 th 2014 to November 25 th 2017. The operation, included in the 2013-2017 Business Plan, provides the Retelit Group with 15 additional financial resources to support its development strategies.
