Preamble Kiabi logistic sites receive only with appointment (Express transport included). All appointment requests are honoured at most within 48 hours, from Monday till Friday. Appointments should be requested by the CARRIER. All order without appointment will be refused. Dates and Hours of appointments should be SCRUPULOUSLY respected at the risk of cancellation. 1 - Access to the software application: Appointment making on Kiabi logistic sites is done via «supplier portal»: https://b2b.kiabi.fr/priserdv If however you can t make an appointment via portal, kindly call directly the logistic site. Appointment making by fax is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Page 3/7

2 Contact details of logistic site display Logistic site information Click on link the software application Click here to make an appointment to Select logistic site and click on button Logistic site details appear. 3 Access plan of logistic site display : Click on the link of logistic site where you have to deliver. The access plan will appear. Page 4/7

4 Delivery site selection : Select delivery site and click on the button Appointement making Nota: If appointment making concerns more than one logistic site, make an appointment site wise. 5 Delivery type selection : Select delivery type: Bulk, On Hanger or Palets. 6 Identification : Target: Key in the contact details of the company requesting the appointment and define the company used to deliver. 1st Case : Making an appointment by carrier : Key in the carrier name, the Phone Nr and the fax Nr. And click on button 2nd Case : Making an appointment by supplier: Key in the name of your company, The Phone Nr and the fax Nr, and key in contact details of carrier if it is different. And click on button 7 Enter an order list : Key in the order Nr Key in the remainder Nr Enter the total number of parcels ( or armfuls) Click on button Nota : The order Nr and remainder Nr are noted on the despatch advice (example : 999999/00 ; 999999 is the order Nr and 00 is the remainder Nr). The order Nr appears in the order s list. In case of error, you have the possibility to remove the order Nr from the list. Repeat this operation up to the last order Nr to be delivered. And click on button - If order Nr doesn t exist, an error message will show to inform user that the order doesn t exist. If the order Nr already doesn t past, call to the logistic site for information. - If order is already planned for another appointment, an error message will appear to inform you and request to enter another order Nr. In this case, appointment is not made for this order. - If order is for another logistic site, an error message will show to inform on the planned delivery site of the order. Order Nr doesn t exist : Order is already planned for an other appointment : Order is for another logistic site : 8 Select an appointment slot : Select the day with buttons : and Select a time slot in the list. And click on the button A confirmation message appears Click on the button to confirm and come back on the logistic site s list to make another appointment. Page 6/7

9 Appointment cancellation for one order Target: If an appointment has already been made for an order, you can t make a second appointment for this order. To be able to change the appointment for an order, you should cancel the first appointment for this order prior to make the new one. Click on link Key in order Nr and click on the button A mail informs you on the date of appointment already planned. Click on the button A confirmation message appears To come back to the application to make a new appointment, click on link Page 7/7
