The supplier shall have all the testing facilities and instruments(automated Video measurement set ie VM6000or equivalent to check and verify the furnctional parameters and the testing will be carried out on each model. All the hardware shall be CE/UL Certified and shall be designed to operate at ambient temperature of 0-45 degc and shall be able to withstand environmental test sequense as hereunder:- (a) Dry Heat Test (b) Cold Test (c) Damp Heat Test : For 16 hrs. at a temp. of 55 degree C in accordance with IS:9000/part-3/section-5/1977 (Reaffirmed 2007). : For 4 hrs. At a temp. of 0 degree C in accordance with IS:9000/part-2/section-4/ 1977 (Reaffirmed 2007). : For 2 Cycles of 24 h each at a temp. of 40 degree C & 95% RH in accordance withis:9000/part- 5/ section-1/1991 (Reaffirmed 2007). show any deterioration in comparison to the values obtained before the environmental tests. 3. Supplier shall furnish a certificate from OEM for each model that same has been designed, manufactured and tested to meet the contract specifications. Supplier shall also give a certificate listing out all the features for which system has been tested and these features should correlate with contract parameters. The OEM certificate should be from the manufacturer on their letterhead duly stamped by them and counter-signed by the Indian supplier. 4. Test reports as mentioned at clause no. 2 & 3 above shall be required at the time of registration and inspection. Note:"OEM test certificate in proof of specific quality of products as per mentioned specification shall be accepted for registration purpose. After the award of R/C, firm shall equip themselves with the reqiuired testing equipment within two months of award of R/C for which firm shall furnish proof to DQA(Hqrs) & IT Dte.D.G.G.&.D failing which their R/C will run the risk of short closed.
