Annex to section 4.2 of the Diploma Supplement for the Bachelor s degree in Profile of the degree programme The BA degree programme in aims to train its students in three methodological lines of approach: chronological (covering six historical periods from antiquity to the present-day), geographical (studying the history of several geographical areas), thematic (exploring political, cultural, nonwestern, and social-economic history). Graduates have a broad understanding of the factors governing society. They are problem-oriented and think critically and constructively in a question-solving way. They are able to process large amounts of information either independently or with others and to communicate their research results accurately.
