we can accept artwork in the following file formats: CorelDraw 11 (or earlier) Quark Express 6.5 Adobe InDesign CS6 Adobe Illustrator CS6 Freehand MX eps tiff jpeg pdf psd should you need any help or advice in setting up files please contact either: chris@jenko.co.uk or emma@jenko.co.uk File preparation for large format prints: most graphics software has a maximum page size which is smaller than that needed for large format applications, if this is the case please set artwork 25% scale, with all images and graphics at least 300dpi (300dpi images will scale successfully to 400%). Allow a 5mm bleed on the 25% scale document. File preparation for pop-up displays: set up artwork to 25% scale of the entire image area. Do not split the image into individual panels.
