Warning Information FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY AND / OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. Follow the proper placement and instructions for use. This product is not a toy. Adult assembly required. Product is recommended for children 10 years of age and older. Children under the age of 14 years should only use the product under the supervision of adults. Use only for the intended purpose, see instructions for use. Strangulation hazard, keep young children away from netting. Do not climb or jump on any part of the product including the rebound net. The net can fall over, causing serious injury or death. Never use both sides of the rebounder at the same time. Balls can come back off the rebound net and poles at high speeds. Be prepared for and cautious of the returning ball. During play, do not wear jewelry (rings, watches, necklaces, etc.) Objects may entangle in the net. Check product before each use for frayed nets / cables, or signs of rust and instability. Repair before each use. Never play on damaged equipment. This product is not to be stored or used on a slope or hill area. Always exercise caution when setting up, taking down, or moving the product. Always instruct player on the safe handling and potential dangers associated with using the product. The FUTCHI_rebounder must be securely anchored when in play. When inserting ground stakes into the ground, make sure to choose an area where there are no underground pipes or cables that could be damaged by the stakes. Do not use in gusty or severe winds. Always fully insert the stakes into the ground. 4

Set up FUTCHI_rebounder TM Setup is quickest with a partner. Find a space with at least 5.5 x 8.5 meters to setup (size of a small backyard). To ensure stakes go all the way into the ground, please use a hammer (not included). 1. 2. Assemble the pole screws on the top of each Assemble the poles. Three segments per pole. pole. Tighten the side straps equally, then tighten the straps in the front. Unravel the game court from the holder and anchor the corners without black tejp in front of the net. 9
10. Stretch out the court and secure the game court in all corners. Verify that all pegs and court anchors are fully anchored in the ground. 10
How to play duel_futchi TM POINTS ON EVERY BALL FIRST TO 5 POINTS WINS GAME ON! When serving the ball both players should be behind the rear court line. The ball may bounce once before the other player returns the ball against the net. The ball can also be hit before it touches the ground. The grey area marks where the ball is out of play. If the ball bounces on the line it is still in play. No hands or arms allowed. Every time your opponent misses, the ball bounces twice or the ball rebounds outside you get one point. First player to get 5 points wins the game! 11
How to play round_futchi TM 3-12+ PLAYERS 2 LIVES FOR EACH PLAYER GAME ON! Players line up youngest to oldest. The youngest player gets the first serve. Players must remain in this order for the remainder of the match. On the serve, the ball must hit the Futchi Net and bounce once within the court boundary before it is returned. On all other plays, players can volley (hit the ball out of the air) or wait until the ball has bounced. Players take turns hitting the ball, in the order of the original line, and have only one touch to hit it back. The ball remains in play until it lands outside the game court, bounces, twice, misses the Futchi Net, or if there is outside interference When the ball goes out of play, the player at fault loses 1 life. When 2 players remain, the final players play a best of 3 match, rotating serves after each play. 12
FUTCHI AMERICAS - RETURN POLICY All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Requests for return of goods must be received within thirty (30) days of the invoice and be returned in original, unused condition. You must return the item unopened, undamaged, and with all of the original materials included in the shipment. Opened or damaged packages are ineligible for returns. Prior to returning any product, customer must obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) from Futchi Americas. All products should be returned to Futchi Americas with shipping charges pre-paid. Futchi Americas will not accept collect shipments. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Then you can use the service providers online tracking system to know when we have received your package. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We lll notify you via email once we ve received and processed the returned product(s). We ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. NOTE: We re sorry, but we don t credit shipping costs for returned orders. Initiating a Return or Warranty Claim. WARRANTY We are confident that the Futchi_rebounder will provide many hours of game play and training. We provide you, the original purchaser, a one year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship subject to the provisions below. Should a Futchi_rebounder fail to perform as described above for the warranted period, contact Futchi Americas Customer Service at 1-843-REBOUNDER, it will be repaired or replaced with the same or functionally equivalent product by Futchi Americas, at its discretion, free of charge provided you: (1) return the failed product to a Futchi Americas designated repair facility with the shipping charge prepaid, and (2) provide Futchi Americas with proof of the original date of purchase. Repaired or replacement products will be returned to you with shipping charges prepaid. Warranty is limited to factory-provided replacement parts, factory repair or replacement, at the discretion of Futchi Americas. This warranty does not apply if, in the judgment of Futchi Americas, the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse, misuse, improper set-up, use for other than intended purpose, normal deterioration of products due 13

All warranties are invalidated by non-factory modifications and unauthorized repairs, which will immediately terminate all liability by Futchi Americas for the product or damages caused by its use. The buyer and its customers shall be responsible for proper set-up and use of the products as outlined in the product assembly/instruction manual. Other exceptions to this one year limited warranty include: Due to the intense nature of the Futchi game, some or all items included in the product set (e.g. Net, straps, CAM cables) may need to be replaced after a season of play due to normal wear and tear. Rebound net, straps and CAM cables are warranted for a period of 60 days from the original purchase under normal use and proper care. On poles, if rust should appear, remove loose paint, sand lightly, primer and paint anything black with black exterior flat matte finish enamel paint. Prior to returning any defective product, the customer must obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) from Futchi Americas. All defective products should be returned to Futchi Americas with shipping charges prepaid. Futchi Americas will not accept collect shipments. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
