Great Hearts Annual Satisfaction Survey The annual satisfaction surveys are distributed to the families and faculty members of every Great Hearts academy. The surveys combine Likert-scale questions as well as opportunities for respondents to provide narrative feedback on topics pertaining to the quality and effectiveness of the Great Hearts curriculum and instruction, culture, and school management. This year 41% of families responded to the survey, and 69% of faculty. To give a glimpse of how Great Hearts is being perceived by its teachers and families, some survey responses have been pulled out and provided below. In June, a public version of the faculty and family surveys (with questions redacted that identify specific positions or individuals) is published online at www.greatheartsaz.org.
