PS is a classic prefabricated pin frame system where cast steel pins with oscillating latches welded to the frame connect the support frame to the rail frame. It is available in the painted and galvanised versions and was produced according to current European regulations EN 12810 and EN 12811. Class 4 work surfaces guarantee a maximum 300 dan/m 2 load. The space between the frame uprights is 720 mm and the span is 3000 mm. There are multiple elements besides the frame that make up the scaffolding base structure: railing frame, foot stops and work surfaces. In addition to the above mentioned elements, the PS system like all other Fracasso systems includes a wide range of accessories needed to best met the conditions of modern construction sites. The main features of the PS system, that also represent its strengths, are: The PS system meets EN 12810 and EN 12811 regulations Frame pin, 150 mm long in line with European standard designs, directly created in the upright by tapering the tube making the pin and upright a single element. Therefore, there is no risk that, due to on-site use, the junction between the 2 is jeopardised in any way. The 3000 mm span system has the same number of elements as the 1800 mm and 2500 mm span system: this means that, with the same number of square façade meters, this solution saves 67% on the number of elements in the solution with 1800 mm span and 20% on the number of elements in the 2500 mm span, with obvious assembly/ dismantling time savings, logistics and storage savings. The 3000 mm, 2500 mm and 1800 mm systems are perfectly interchangeable. This allows installation technicians to follow the profile of the building as best as possible, exploiting the 3000 span where possible and inserting 1800 and 2500 spans at corners. Like all Fracasso scaffoldings, the PS comes with a wide range of accessories that lets users adapt this system to all the situations that may arise in modern construction sites. plate Frame pins are made of cast steel instead of bent Class 3 metallic planks (maximum load 250 dan/ m 2 ) characterised by a boxed profile that guarantees torsion resistance and manageability when handling. Class 3 multilayer wood plank with aluminium profiles and trapdoor with side opening and, in the 2500 mm and 3000 mm solutions, a built-in aluminium ladder. The railing is made up of a single element (frame made up of 3 horizontal current edges joined by 2 bits); this makes this system extremely easy and quick to assemble.
