Water Purification Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System TDS Meter Monitors the total dissolved solids content of the supply and filtered water 4 Stage Filtration System Wall mounted, supplied with all necessary hoses, fittings. Water Storage Tank Kit 2.2 US Gallon capacity, includes auto shut off valve and chrome worktop faucet Ideal water for your autoclave / washer disinfector Purified water on demand No storage of bulky containers Mount it anywhere Simple to install Removes up to 99.8% of all dissolved solids Offer 199.99+VAT
How it works 1 Water Purification The first stage of filtration is the sediment filter, which reduces suspended particles such as dirt, dust and rust. 4 3 2 1 2 The second stage of filtration is the carbon filter which reduces volatile organic chemicals, chlorine, and other taste and odour causing compounds. Chlorine is damaging to an RO membrane therefore the carbon stage is particularly important 3 The heart of Reverse Osmosis is the membrane. It is responsible for rejecting up to 99% of the total dissolved solids in the water. This is where the purification takes place. 4 A de-ionisation cartridge is included in your Reverse Osmosis system, our cartridges use semi-conductor mixed bed de-ionisation resins used for the de-mineralisation of aqueous solutions. The Instawash uses specially formulated enzymatic detergent to achieve excellent cleaning results. The 90 degree optimum temperature achieved during the thermal cycle ensures efficient cleaning and disinfection and leaves instruments dry and ready for the sterilisation processes in compliance with the latest standards and guidelines. 4 factory programmed cycles Pre-Wash: In this stage the machine removes difficult gross contamination, including blood tissue debris, bone fragments and other fluid and solid debris. The water temperature of less than 45 degree C is used to prevent protein coagulation and fixing of soil to the instruments before the main wash cycle. Wash: Removes any remaining soil. The mechanical and chemical processes loosen and break up contamination adhering to the instrument surface. The enzymatic detergent automatically doses through the load. Rinse Cycle: The rinse stage removes detergent during the cleaning process and it is recommended the use of an RO water supply. RO systems available from Burtons, see page 2. Thermal Disinfection: The machine raises the temperature of the load and is held at the pre-set disinfection temperature for a specific time as defined within the EN15883 & HTM2030 standards. Forced air drying: (if selected) The final stage purges the load and chamber with heated air to remove residual moisture ensuring instruments are clean and dry and ready for sterilisation. 80 or 90 degree selectable

Servicing Quality Equipment Backed By Quality Service The Burtons Difference! National coverage by full trained engineers - We come to you Autoclave, Washer Disinfectors and Dental Equipment Free service certificates - ready for your next inspection Validation carried out to HTM 01-05, HTM2010 & HTM2030 No call out charge - fixed price anywhere* No minimum period tie in Looking beyond the purchase When considering your next equipment purchase, how important to you is the level of after sales support you can expect to receive? At Burtons we believe that this is an extremely important factor to our business that sets us apart from our competitors. Nationwide support We currently employ a national network of 15 of our own fully trained and equipped service engineers able to carry out on site maintenance and repair in both the UK and Ireland. We also operate a modern, well equipped in-house facility to carry out repairs where this is not possible in the field. Why bother with a service contract? Planned preventative maintenance is your best defence against sudden failure of vital, frequently used equipment. Much of the equipment we see in practice today has been recycled and is of an age where failure of components is highly likely unless routine maintenance is carried out. Validation Not to be confused with a machine service, validation provides the evidence that the machine is performing as dictated in HTM 01-05. Validation procedures should be carried out by a competent validation engineer. HTM guidelines require that the manufacture recommends the regularity of performance validation testing. Burtons can offer you complete solution to all your planned preventative maintenance and validation requirements laid out in HTM 01-05. Our engineers are equipped with the latest data logging equipment combined with professional report writing software, these are produced both hard copy or PDF format. Peace of mind Equipment such as anaesthetic machines and autoclaves are fundamental to the prosperity of any veterinary practice. A service contract from Burtons provides comprehensive breakdown cover. Our aim is to attend site either the same day or within 24 hours reducing costly and disruptive downtime to a minimum. Our engineer will contact you within 3 hours to advise when they will attend site. Straight forward pricing Our service contracts have set labour charges, parts are charged for as and only when required, there are no upfront payments, you will receive an invoice once the work has been completed. We also offer a reduced rate for multiple items and group practices, plus, if you wish to cancel your contract, there is no tie in, you can cancel it with just a phone call. In house repair facilities We not only provide after sales support for all of the products in our range, we can also help you with repairs to other items too! So the next time something goes bang why not give us a call! In the majority of cases there is no charge for an estimate and if you decide not to proceed with the repair we will either return or dispose of the item for you. Please ensure that any item you intend sending has been thoroughly decontaminated first. We reserve t the right to return an item to you unrepaired if it is thought to be hazardous to the health of our employees. We now offer a straight forward inspection service that includes the supply of a safety inspection certificate to ensure that you are covered under these regulations. In most cases the inspection should be carried out annually and we can even add it to your existing service contract if you have one with us. For full details Tel: 01622 834350 Fax: 01622 834326
Servicing Validation? HTM 01-05 is the guidance document for those conducting decontamination within a Primary Care Dental Practice. One small section of this document is Validation this is the compliance to routinely have your Medical Devices such as Autoclaves and Washer Disinfectors validated. Decontamination Health Technical Memorandum 01-05: Decontamination in primary care dental practices Most common sterilizers found in Dental Practices are moist heat sterilizers which use steam to remove micro-organisms from the surgical instrument. This part of the decontamination process of a surgical instrument can only be as effective as the cleaning and disinfection stages to provide a sterile instrument, hence the requirement for validation. Each stage of validation must be carried out in accordance with a documented procedure, and shall verify that each item of equipment used during validation complies with its specification. The correlation between readings indicated and recorded by instruments fitted to the sterilizer and those readings logged by an independent test instrument which places sensors in similar locations all combine in the documented procedure of Validation. Because sterilizers perform a crucial role in prevention of cross infection, it s important that the correct type of sterilizer is being used to achieve this end result. Certain Types of sterilizers will require specific user verification test packs and also validation tests carried out by a competent engineer. These test procedures use calibrated logging equipment which will record data from the device and produce the evidence required in HTM 01-05 for your CQC inspections. There are a number of different tests carried out during this process, dependent upon the type of machine you use. Examples such as; Automatic Control Test Air Leakage Test Thermometric Test Steam Penetration Test Cleaning Efficacy Test Burtons provide all the necessary service and validation requirements, ensuring all your relevant standards are maintained.
Rental Autoclave Rental No minimum hire period Routine service visits included Breakdown visits included All parts included Pressure vessel inspection & certification included Choice of models Upgrade at any time without penalty No capital outlay, no depreciation A UNIQUE FORM OF RENTAL Equipment rental is not a new concept. However, the Burtons Autoclave Rental Scheme differs from most others because it offers true rental. It is not a 3 or 5 year finance package in disguise and you are not tied to a contract for a fixed period. At a time when changes to autoclave specifications are proposed but not confirmed, short-term rental eases the pressure. Will you require vacuum? Are cycle validation printers to be mandatory? These decisions can be deferred until clear guidance or mandatory requirement is confirmed, safe in the knowledge that you are free to cancel the rental at any time and not be left with an expensive machine that you have purchased which no longer complies. Rental gives you the option to upgrade or change at anytime without penalty. Equally, since the rental is direct from the manufacturer with no finance costs our rentals are affordable in the longer term as well. no capital outlay, no depreciation. No servicing costs. No breakdown charges. How the scheme operates When you have chosen which model will be most suitable for your current needs we will arrange for either one of our customer support engineers to commission the machine when it arrives at your practice. Commissioning involves checking the machine for damage that may have occurred during transportation, setting the unit up and instructing your staff on how to operate it correctly. Once this has been completed you will be asked to sign the Direct Debit Mandater for the monthly payments. The date of the first payment will be 10 days after the day of commissioning. This allows a free trial period before the commencement of the rental period. If for any reason you are not happy with the machine during this time you can cancel the Direct Debit directly with your bank and inform us and we will collect the machine and you will have nothing to pay. If the reason for returning the machine is because you find it unsuitable for your needs and wish to proceed with an alternative from our range, the replacement will be supplied on a separate 10-day trial. After the 10 day trial the Direct Debit will be due on a calendar month basis each month in advance. The rental includes routine servicing (2 visits per year) and breakdown visits. At each service visit our engineer will complete a pressure vessel inspection to comply with the Pressure Systems 2000 Regulations and will give you a copy of the inspection report for your records. Our own engineers will carry out all servicing work. Your local engineer will contact you to arrange a convenient date for each visit. If you experience a problem with the unit between service visits please telephone our service department on: Burtons Service Direct Line 01622 834350 Have a note of the model, serial number and the nature of the fault when calling. Your call will be logged and one of our engineers should contact you within 3 working hours to arrange a visit, if required. If you wish to return the machine simply contact us. We only ask for one months notice. There are no penalties for cancellation whether it is after 1 month or 10 years. Burton s reputation for delivering excellent products and services is second to none. If you do find it necessary to cancel we hope you will use us for your next machine whether it be a new rental or outright purchase.
