BETTER COMMUNICATION AT A CLICK OF THE MOUSE XPhone Express is an inexpensive and high-performance software solution for smaller firms and offices. It improves communication and enables efficient design of everyday tasks within the business Linking contact data and address books XPhone Express 2011 can be linked with up to ten address books of any format via open interfaces regardless of whether the data sources are stored locally or centrally. Using the integrated data base wizard, you can link new contact data bases or tele-phone directory CDs at only a few clicks of the mouse providing speedy access to all contact data without data needing to be entered twice. Seamless integration in your applications and business processes XPhone Express 2011 enables you to design your own communication processes. A wizard for linking applications helps you to link practically all local and even hosted applications with your phone and integrate them in your everyday workflows. Automatic linking to your PBX XPhone Express 2011 works with all renowned PBX brands. This involves connecting workstation PCs directly with the PBX via the telephone. A wizard ensures smooth and fast operation even during the installation phase. Control office phones at a click of the mouse With a single mouse click, you can make phone calls using XPhone Express. Your office phone immediately sets up the desired call. Accept calls, transfer calls, consultation calls and conference calls no problem. The telephony functions also integrate fully in the Microsoft Outlook user interface. Data base server ODBC, LDAP, MAPI,... CLICK TO CALL XPhone Express 2011 provides you with an efficient user interface enabling you to make phone calls and control your office phone. Accept calls, consultation calls, swap hold, transfer calls and set up conference calls all with a single mouse-click. Call manager Make phone calls, accept calls, swap hold, consultation calls, transfer calls and set up conference calls here. Favourites Store frequently used contacts here and group them as you wish. Contacts Includes all integrated address books and phone book CDs which can be searched simultaneously or individually. Integrated browser Any application can be integrated direcly in the XPhone Express Client and used. Info Manager Shows all missed calls at a glance. Call journal Records all inbound and outbound calls as well as reminders for scheduled calls. XPhone Express Client Software Caller ID and caller pop-up All callers are automatically identified by their phone number. XPhone automatically lets you know who is calling and even shows you a photo of the contact if your local Outlook contact links contain photos. All contact data at your fingertips Simply enter the name of the person you wish to call for swift access to all contact data. Instead of typing in phone numbers, simply click the desired number on the PC screen and your phone starts to dial it. Make calls from applications Use hotkeys to make calls from practically any application. Select the phone numbers you wish to dial and then press [ALT]+[F12], for example. Your phone immediately starts to dial the number you have selected. XPhone Express 2011 therefore offers you an integration option in practically any application. Always the right phone number format XPhone Express can handle practically any phone format, regardless of how it is saved in the address books.

INTEGRATE APPLICATIONS AND DESIGN WORKFLOWS Use XPhone Express 2011 to design your own communication processes. A wizard for linking applications helps you to integrate practically all local and even hosted applications in your everyday workflows. A simple rule engine can be used to define the actions to be performed in the case of inbound or outbound calls. Automating processes If you wish, incoming calls can trigger your customer data base, ERP or help desk system to open with all of the data available on your caller. Enabling you to design your workflows individually and conveniently. This saves time when searching for contact data and therefore automatically improves your customer service as the caller s request can be handled much faster. Compact view of the XPhone Express Client Call alerts Use XPhone Express to leave call alerts swiftly and simply. At the touch of a button, an e-mail is generated including all of the data on the caller. All you need to do is add your notes and the recipient s e-mail address. Scheduled calls What happens if you can t reach your contact? Simply use the scheduled calls function as a reminder. The number is even dialled automatically if you wish. Creating documents Click to import caller data into letter, fax or e-mail templates, for example. XPhone Express enables you to create the documents you need without having to type in the caller s data. Call forwarding & Do not disturb You can set up call forwarding for all or only internal or external calls and have them forwarded to a certain landline or mobile number. Or simply activate the Do not disturb function if you wish to work in peace.

TELEPHONE INTEGRATION IN MICROSOFT OUTLOOK Making calls with Microsoft Outlook Click to call the sender of an e-mail or to contact the participants in a meeting: the XPhone Express toolbar integrates seamlessly in the Microsoft Outlook interface. Access telephony functions directly from e-mails, contacts, appointments and tasks. Via the e-mail address, XPhone Express 2011 supplies the phone numbers stored on the respective contact and starts calls directly from the Outlook interface. During the call, you can create new appointments or access your team members Outlook calendars. And it s just as easy to create and delegate new tasks. If you wish, pending calls and all call details can be shown as e-mails in your inbox. Controlling address books from Outlook You can browse through all linked address books from Microsoft Outlook, whereby it does not make any difference where or in what format they are stored. Contact data records can be accessed and edited in Outlook and then saved back in the original data base. And if the caller is stored in an Outlook contact folder, the corresponding Outlook contact data record can open automatically if you wish. XPhone Express integrates seamlessly in the Microsoft Outlook interface. Address books can be easily browsed regardless of the data base format. Using Microsoft Outlook journals XPhone Express can use the personal and public Microsoft Oulook journals. Enabling you to receive a history of calls conducted with the respective contact as well as make this information available to other team members. Missed calls can also be shown in your inbox.
