Investing for your present and future financial needs can seem overwhelming. It shouldn t be, and it doesn t have to be. Implementing a well-conceived investment strategy is vital to helping you reach your personal financial objectives and your Wealth Management Services (WMS) financial advisor can help you get there.

T R U LY P E R S O N A L I Z E D strategy

Your investment needs and financial objectives can vary over time. You may be planning for retirement or thinking about passing wealth on to the next generation. Your financial life changes as you travel the journey of your real life, and you need a strategic solution that is dynamic and adaptable to your needs. At the end of the day, you need a solid relationship with a financial advisor whom you can believe in. A financial advisor who is committed to your success will have access to the tools that can help you develop your personalized investment strategy so you can focus on life s other endeavors. WMS is a robust wealth management platform providing you with a streamlined approach to investing. With its personalized support and professional asset management, WMS makes it simple for you and your financial advisor to build, execute and manage a truly personalized strategy all for one asset-based fee. This means that WMS takes the work out of your hands so that you can focus on what s more important to you in your life. WMS is an intelligent approach to investing personalized for each individual investor. Personalized for you.

Fee-Based Approach Fee-based asset management allows you and your financial advisor to share a common goal to grow the value of your assets. Instead of commissions based solely on transactions, you have the option of paying an annual fee that includes advisory services and execution of transactions, or paying an annual advisory fee plus a transaction fee for each transaction separately.* An integral piece of the process is developing a personalized strategy with your financial advisor that you feel comfortable with. You will build a blueprint through one-on-one, in-depth, thoughtful conversations, supplemented with tools such as risk tolerance questionnaires, discussions of your financial objectives, and an extensive review of those objectives. This blueprint will serve as a guide to assist you in creating your recommended portfolio in order to help you reach your objectives. In addition, you can trust that the appropriate adjustments to your strategy and portfolio will be made based on your discussions with your financial advisor about your: n Investment time horizon n Risk Tolerance Questionnaire n Recommended asset allocation strategies n Investment Proposal including Investment Policy Statement The Case for Diversification ** Diversification involves incorporating different investment styles such as large-cap growth, small-cap growth, international securities and even exposure to bonds into your portfolio. The goal of diversification is to mitigate the risk associated with holding a single type of security in your portfolio. Diversification adds balance to your portfolio, since investment styles act differently depending on market conditions.
