Click on them at any time to return to a previous section. Click to Logout of the online reenrolment form. When you next login the details you have already added/amended will be stored. Select the most appropriate response from the options listed in the dropdown menu. Always read the text in the top box; it contains guidance on how to complete the current screen. This is important as inputting incorrect information may mean that you are unable to complete re-enrolment. Click on the button at the foot of the page to progress to the next screen. Page 1 Enter a normal text response. Check the box with the most appropriate/relevant response. If you are having difficulty understanding any of the questions, please refer to the help text.

Stage One: Logging into your Personal Re-enrolment Form You will find the re-enrolment form at http://go.warwick.ac.uk/continuing and the link will take you to the e:vision login page. To log into your form you will need to enter your ITS username and password; this is issued as part of your initial enrolment with the University. If you have forgotten your IT login details, please contact the helpdesk on helpdesk@warwick.ac.uk or ext. 73737 (02467 573 737). If you have any difficulty logging onto your re-enrolment form please contact enrolment@warwick.ac.uk. Alternatively you can log into the system via Start.Warwick (https://start.warwick.ac.uk/) using your username and password. Click on the Student Records online link in the My Warwick Admin Systems gadget, and then select My Data from the left-hand column. Next you will see a screen like that shown here below. Should you need to exit the re-enrolment process before fully completing and submitting the form, please just close your browser window. When you next login the details you have already added/amended will be stored. Page 2

Click on the Proceed to enrolment button to move through to the next screen. Stage Two: Confirming your Course of Study This section shows details of the course onto which you are expected to re-enrol. You are not able to update this course information online. If you are expected to re-enrol onto more than one course for this academic year, please use the drop down menu to select the course onto which you want to re-enrol. If the information shown here is incorrect, please use the Contact Us tab at the top right of the screen to notify the Student Records team of your concerns. This dropdown box contains the options for your main source of funding. Please select the most appropriate for your situation. Students funded by Research Councils must declare this here. Stage Three: Personal Details This screen details the personal information we already hold about you. If all the information on this screen is correct, please click on the Store and Proceed button at the foot of the page to move onto the next section. If you need to make any amendments please press the Edit Personal Details button to move onto the edit screen. Not all of the information we hold can be edited by you. If you need to change any of the details but are unable to do so please contact the Student Records team using the Contact Us tab on the top left hand side of the screen for guidance. Page 3

Stage Four: Contact Details at Home The Contact Details at Home screen must contain details of your permanent address where the University can contact you outside of term time and once you have completed your course. First click the Edit Home Details button at the foot of the page to edit/add to the information presented. Once you have completed this section press the Store button at the foot of the Edit page to return to the screen shown on the below. Then click Proceed to move to the next stage of enrolment. Page 4

Stage Five: Emergency Contact Details We require details of someone who will act as an emergency contact preferably a family member who the University can contact should an emergency arise. This is extremely important information and must be provided. We are unlikely to have this information stored already and therefore you will need to provide it. Adding this information is simple. First enter the details of your emergency contact. Any field with an asterisk (*) is mandatory. You will not be able to continue with your re-enrolment until all required details are added. Once you have completed this section press the Store Changes button at the foot of the page to return to the screen shown here on the right, before clicking Proceed to move to the next stage of enrolment. Stage Six: Contact Details at University The University needs to know where you will be living during term-time and where the University will be able to contact you with information. For some students, for example part-time and distance-learning students, this will be the same as the home address. If this is the case for you, please enter the same address you used in Stage Four of the form into this section. Once you have completed this stage, click Proceed to move to the next stage of re-enrolment. Page 5

Stage Seven: Tuition Fees: Payment Options Your tuition fee invoice for the upcoming academic year is generated based on the information provided by you on this screen and the next one. Please read the instructions provided carefully before selecting whether you would like to pay you fees in instalments or in full upfront. Then click Proceed to move to the next stage of re-enrolment. Page 6

Stage Eight: Sponsor Details This screen shows the sponsor information we currently hold for you. Please ensure that you read the guidelines before checking whether the details provided are correct. Then select the correct checkbox accordingly before clicking on Next to proceed to the next stage of re-enrolment. Stage Nine: Data Protection This section provides information regarding your rights under the Data Protection Act 1998, and gives you the opportunity to indicate whether you are happy for some of your enrolment details to be passed onto the Students Union or certain Research bodies. If you do not want these details passed onto the Students Union or certain Research bodies then uncheck the relevant tick boxes. Once you have finished making changes to this section click the Proceed button to move onto the next stage of re-enrolment. Page 7

Stage Ten: Option to Enrol on more Courses To be completed by: students enrolling/re-enrolling on more than one course Stage Eleven: University Email Address This is a reminder of your University email address so it is integral that you make a careful note of the address given. It is the only address that the University s central administration will use to contact you during your entire period of study at Warwick, and will be used to notify you of such things as the opening/closing of re-enrolment, examination registration procedures, information relating to fees and bursaries etc. If you do not intend to use this email address as your main email address, it is vital that you set up a rule which forwards all mail from your Warwick account to an email address you will check regularly. If you require assistance to do this please contact the IT Services Helpdesk at helpdesk@warwick.ac.uk. Stage Twelve: Your Declaration The final stage of the online re-enrolment process is to confirm that the information you have provided is correct to the best of your knowledge and that you agree to abide by the University s rules and regulations. Before clicking on the Confirm details button please ensure that you have not missed out any information or made any mistakes at any point during your completion of the enrolment form. Should you need to amend any details after you have pressed the Confirm details button, you will be able to do so by logging Page 8

into Start.Warwick (https://start.warwick.ac.uk/) and clicking on the Student Records online link in the My Warwick Admin Systems gadget. For further information about amending or updating your details visit: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/academicoffice/studentrecords. Please note that the Charter, Statute and Regulations contain certain rules governing matters such as examinations, appeals, copyright, academic progression, behaviour on campus etc, and therefore they will significantly affect your time at Warwick. You can access these documents by clicking on the links provided. In pressing the Confirm details button you are confirming your agreement to observe the Charter, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations of the University, and to pay your fees on the due date. This declaration has the same legal standing as signing a paper form. Until this button has been pressed the form will not be sent to the University. You must confirm your re-enrolment details before the end of the second week after your course begins. Please note the extra line of red text for Overseas students regarding their Visa arrangements. Page 9

Stage Thirteen: Re-enrolment Confirmation Viewed by: Home, EU, Overseas and Distance Learning students Once your details are recorded in the system, you will be presented with a confirmation screen as below. Page 10
