A certified As Built foundation plan is required for all work after foundation is set show all dimensions and off sets. All plans MUST include section drawing for foundation, floor, wall, roof, mechanicals etc. (THREE SETS REQUIRED). Two set of all ENGINEERED LUMBER all plans must be stamped by an Engineer or Architect. One set of each will be returned, (must be on site for inspections).
