Steps Description / Expected Outcome 1. Complete the Introduction to DDI self-study course. The Introduction to DDI course provides you with a general overview of the DNS and DHCP protocols. The module is composed of six self-study e-learning units that should take you about two hours to complete. 2. Pass the DNS & DHCP Protocol Exam.
