To be certificated for the special education director, students must earn a Master of Arts in School and pass both the Missouri School Leaders Performance Assessment and the MEGA content area assessment. Comprehensive Exams-during the last semester of classes, students will enroll in GR698 Comprehensive Exam course. Students will be required to complete an online essay. This activity is a culminating experience where students present a synthesis of their learning in the Internship as well as the additional coursework taken for the degree completion. Graduate Application-During the semester BEFORE you intend to graduate, students will be required to complete the Graduation form found on the Registrar s website. This form is submitted to the Registrar s office. During Internship I, instructions will be given for graduation planning. Enrollment for classes is completed online through the University portal at MY SOUTHEAST. Students may also access grades and schedules though this portal. DegreeWorks is also available for students to check progress in degree completion. Certification- To be certificated as a school administrator, students must earn a Master of Arts in School and pass both the Missouri School Leaders Performance Assessment and the MEGA content area assessment.
